One Of Those Sundays
Feb. 25th, 2018 11:55 pmWhere I get caught up in various distracting things and thus have to do a bit of a "sprint to the finish line" to get everything I want to get done, done. However, I did accomplish:
-->Getting another page on "Secundus 2" -- gang is finally moving to take Clara over to her house, but she and Doc have to gush over Jules Verne first XD And I make another reference to a childhood book I liked (anyone else ever read The Twenty-One Balloons?). Good times~
-->Watching another episode of Yandere Simulator myths from Jay (testing who the fragile girl can kill, and how she and the mindslave you can make interact); RabbidLuigi's Top 10 Boss Fights You Can't Lose (some very amusing joke bosses in there, along with some more thoughtful entries); a cake-shaped bakery build from Deli (came out really nice), and James taking the piss out out of Deli taking the piss out of one of his old tutorials by playfully mocking a couple of her landscaping tutorials (they so silly XD)
-->Playing Sims 4 -- Jennifer hasn't popped yet, but I did manage to get her out and about for another club meeting with the Renegades. And Marty got a promotion to Professional Pianist! . . .I know, but I don't choose how the Music career works. Came with a really nice grand piano reward that I took a picture of, then sold because they needed the money more than they needed that. (Though it kind of makes me want to put Victor in the Music career just so he could get his paws on it. . .hmmm.)
-->Marathoned the four most recent episodes of "Wags To Riches" -- James is churning them out because the new Jungle Adventures game pack is coming out, and he wants to do an LP for that one too, and he's hoping to wrap up this one before then. His stated endgame goal is to get the vet clinics up to five-star ratings and nicely furnished. The Barn on the Boardwalk vet is looking pretty nice, but currently has a 3.5 star rating; The Old Salt House vet needs some definite design work and better furnishings (though the on-lot apartment is coming together nicely), but is up to 4 stars. So there's still work to be done, but I believe in James!
-->Got my Valice Multiverse queue done -- very quiet, probably because I turned off anon questions for a while to give myself a bit of breathing room last night. They're back on again -- we'll see how quickly I get spammed with asks.
-->Answered everything in my e-mail inbox, hooray for me.
All right! And now I have to go to bed, because it's a full week this week and I need my sleep. *deep breath* Just gotta survive March now. . .night all!
