Another Stressful Day

crossover_chickJust -- I'm getting sick of feeling like I'm being pulled in at least three directions at once by work. I'm sure it's not good for my blood pressure (ironically, we had our benefits fair today on the first floor -- I didn't go because, well, I had work to do). I did manage to get a few things done, but -- ugh. And then when you follow that up with coming home to Mom suggesting we make biscuits together to go with supper and Dad having dumped (fortunately not a lot of) laundry on the couch for me to fold. . . Just glad tomorrow's Friday. And that Dad already said he would make hot dogs and fries for supper, so I don't have to worry about that.
Despite the delay, I got another page done on "Secundus 2," with the characters veering off into random conversations again before I get the plot going. I also got my Valice Multiverse queue done (there wasn't a lot of it), watched Helloween's last Silent Hill 2 set (turns out the "Born From A Wish" scenario is quite short -- very emotional, though; makes you feel for poor Maria), an OXtra list of characters they want in the Super Smash Bros coming out for the Nintendo Switch (Solaire from freaking Dark Souls was mentioned, hilariously), and an OXBox list about crummy unlockable characters (because who would want to ace both of Resident Evil 2's campaigns to play as a giant block of tofu with a knife?). That was good for the old blood pressure.
Also good -- probably getting some sleep. Time to wrap up comments and head to bed, me thinks. Here's hoping Friday doesn't make me want to put a fist through the wall. Or my boss. Night!
