crossover_chickI actually got something done with that one parish that has all those gifts I need to get on and add up and all that fun stuff! Put on a bunch of gifts late this afternoon! Now that was satisfying! :) I also finished up all the reports I needed to do, got a pull file done. . .basically it was a productive day, which I really needed. A week that's all about slow improvement is a week I can get behind, basically.
My afternoon didn't start off too badly either -- it was actually halfway decent out when I got home, so I did three loops around the block for my exercise. Pretty good stuff, though I ended up wishing I'd had my iPod charged up so I could listen to some music. So I decided to do that and figured I'd update iTunes as well after my shower and dinner.
I forgot iTunes takes forever to update. *grumbles* And since it also requires a restart, I didn't want to do anything else while that was running, which shoved back my writing. I did get what I wanted to get done -- the next chapter of "Fixing You" wrapped up in editing. Victor's recovered from his Hysteria Mode moment, and now it's time to go conquer the final boss! But it did take longer that I'd like, meh.
After that was videos -- Helloween's latest set of System Shock 2 (the escape plan keeps getting delayed by various "you have to go kill all these Many shitbags" missions; fortunately Helloween is up to the job! When he isn't upgrading jammed guns and getting himself killed and having to restart from autosaves. XD But he does know his meme songs! Oh my God, does he try~); and another episode of "Super Sim" (Max has completed the "Angling Ace" aspiration! After a full set of doing other stuff. Admittedly, said other stuff included getting 10 Handiness skill and achieving the max level of the Culinary career/Mixology branch, but still. The episode was named after the fish thing, and it happened in the last five or so minutes XD). That sucked up a lot of time, so the rest of this evening has been largely catching up. Though I did also get some more of my VictorLuvsAlice queue done -- trying to keep on top of that. At least I have a couple more ideas for Song Saturday now. . .
Anyway. Felt pretty tired for a good chunk of the day, so I'm gonna try to get to bed a touch earlier. Night all!
