Okay Wednesday

crossover_chickA few stressful moments at work -- namely discovering Fiscal doesn't have the same program we have and thus I needed to export out to PDF some stuff for them regarding the capital campaign -- but I got through it, and Parish Weekly Reports went pretty smoothly. And we've gotten official confirmation next week will be the last one of those, yay. AND my supervisor put his foot down and stopped one of the reports I was doing twice a week for the capital campaign, double yay. So now I have a bit of free time at work! Planning on catching up on some of the maintenance from our processing company for starters -- it's been piling up, and I really gotta get it straight.
Weather was nice too -- warm, but with a good breeze. Got my lunchtime and post-work walks in, w000. YouTube videos are fine and all, but I always feel better when I can actually go out walking. :) I also:
-->Got a chunk done on the next bit of my "Holistic Assassin Alice" AU snippets -- I was in the mood, and it'll be good to have for a future Thursday.
-->Watched Helloween's latest Resident Evil 4 set -- Leon has killed a giant mutated fish (and shown off shockingly fast swimming skills via quicktime event), defeated El Gigante (with the help of special guest start Hewie from Haunting Ground -- he cameos as a dog you can release from a trap, and if you do so, he'll come back and serve as a distraction during the fight), found the president's daughter Ashley (who STILL does not look anywhere near 20 to me), and learned the villian's evil plan from being monologued at (the villains in RE are generally not the brightest bulbs). Also, he's infected with some sort of puppeteer parasite, as is Ashley, so, uh, not good. Imagine most of the game will now focus around them finding a cure.
-->Watched another episode of "Super Sim" -- Max has maxed out the Pipe Organ skill, and James ATTEMPTED to get Nathalie to die of woohoo (as she was going to die of old age very soon anyway), but screwed it up and instead she died from exercising too much. And then Max started flirting with the Grim Reaper. XD This series is fucked up in all the best ways, I swear.
-->Posted the next bit of "The Technicolor Phase," Scraps Brown! Which is about Victor getting a color from his beloved dog, as you might imagine. Nobody believes the poor kid, though. *pats ickle Victor* Don't worry -- one day, Alice will vindicate you. (Because of course she gets a color from Dinah -- cat SAVES HER LIFE.)

And that's about it, really. Nothing too special in the end. Gonna empty out my inbox and hit the sheets, I suppose. *shrug* Just a day and a half to go now! Night all!
