Fine Enough Day

crossover_chickWork was all right -- got a few more things done with the returns, then worked on a project involving cleaning up our database of deceased people. And helping with the GL, which -- every time it seems we've licked it. . . I mean, the new report DOES help, but if there's a balancing issue, there's still a scramble to clear it up. Meh. Maybe tomorrow will be better on that front.
Afternoon's been pretty good, though. Had a nice workout, a nice dinner, and then:
-->Got another chunk of Chapter 10 done -- a little over halfway through the Cardbridge section. It's delightful -- Victor's as enamored of the level as I am, natch. XD And he and Alice are being so cute together, racing along the cards, and -- it just fills me with the warm fuzzies. :)
-->Watched two Sim Supply videos -- his new side mini-series about bringing Thorne Bailey back from rock bottom (he's managed to charm Olivia into letting him back into the house, and even woohoo with him -- she's drawing the line at getting remarried though; he's also back in his Entertainer career and working to power off the weight James forced on hm); and the next episode of "Get Famous Rags To Riches" (ended up being mostly a "let's makeover the kids OH GOD WHY DID I DECIDE TO MAKEOVER THE KIDS" episode -- he's such an adorable failure every time he steps foot in CAS. XD Lady has also cheated the system to get herself seven more money fruits, so she's slowly growing a forest of money trees! Plus she's signed to a new record label for her music, and started her own lifestyle brand. Still living in a trailer park though). Both on the longer side, but less of my webcomics update today, and it felt good to get completely caught up on my subscriptions. :) Especially since I might struggle this weekend, as it's looking like a busy Saturday. . .
-->Got my Valice Multiverse queue all set up, and all my comments answered -- yeah, since I didn't have the VictorLuvsAlice queue to worry about, I decided to get an early jump on that. So yay, inbox is already cleared out, go me~
Which means I should probably go ahead and get to bed. :p One more day to get through. . .and then figuring out how Saturday's going to work. (I think we're still decorating. . .and I have to figure out if I'm going out with both parents or just one. Plus figure out how to fit my cleaning in.) Hmmm. . . Night all!
