It's an Epidemic

crossover_chickIs it just me, or is everyone I know on LJ sick/been sick recently? ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
foxywriter and doclathropbrown are both pretty sick, poor anonymoose_au always seems to have something wrong somewhere (no offense *ducks*), bttfbabe had a bad cold (with laryngitis) a few days ago, and applescruffs85 has been having some almost-nightmares.
-D: *pretends to disinfect computer*-
Very funny.
Finished up the Brown family's house in Hill Valley! Here's some pics:
That's the first floor -- kitchen/dining room, bathroom, living room, and master bedroom. Jules and Verne have their own bedroom upstairs -- blue and red, like we saw in "Go Fishin'."
And that's Doc's garage, with a lounge chair and a dart board. It will eventually be filled with "inventions." The photo album will be Doc's "Photo-Audio Journal."
-D: Interesting. So what happened?-
Well, everyone got off on the right foot -- the boys started playing Mary Mack, while Clara complimented Doc. I had Clara look for a job on the computer -- the second one offered was a science job, so I snapped that up. I had Doc do the same while Clara chatted with Jules and Verne. Since they're currently living on just under 2000 simoleons, it was important that they get jobs. (Ironic news of the day -- at one point during the build I had 1885 simoleons for them.) Doc set about building skills with the telescope, grabbing a logic point before the welcome wagon even arrived. The welcome wagon was our dear friends the elder McFly family. I had Clara chat with Maggie and Doc with Seamus. Maggie and Clara got off to a bad start, but made up with a joke. William wandered inside to chat with Jules. Jules also tried out his toy oven -- he burned up a muffin, which Verne ate.
-M: On a dare or what?-
*laugh* Maggie and Will commandered the chess board while Doc went off to earn 64 simoleons and Clara made lunch meat sandwiches for everybody. She also became Verne's buddy, which catapulted Verne into platinum mode. Maggie left before lunch because of bladder issues, but Will and Seamus stuck around. Jules and Verne played together some more (Jules refusing a hug from his brother), and gained a skill point each -- Jules in cooking, Verne in mechanical. Doc came home and played chess with Seamus, befriending him over the board. :) Clara studied up on her cooking and played with the toy car. As Doc had earned money and made a friend that day, I let him have the bed. Clara napped on the couch.
-VD: You would have let me have the bed anyway.-
True. ^^;;
-VD2: Wait a minute, did Clara and I have a fight or something? Why wouldn't we sleep together?-
Because in "Make a Family" mode, they wouldn't let me make you Clara's husband. We'll have to set up a small wedding later. I'll move in the McFlys next and get Doc aquainted with Marty. :)
Cool bit of news I just learned on BTTF.com -- apparently Chris Lloyd will be on the Tony Danza show this Friday! Thankscllort!
