. . .Less Stressful Than Expected Monday

crossover_chickOn the one hand, that was good -- I was able to get through a good chunk of the gifts sitting in my backlog with minimal interruption, and actually semi-enjoy my ride home thanks to the decent temperatures, increased light, and less-than-horrific traffic. On the other, it makes me worried that Tuesday is going to be HORRIBLE to compensate. Trying not to think about it and just enjoy the feeling of accomplishment.
Evening's been pretty solid too:
-->Got in a good workout, yay~
-->Got another chunk done on Chapter 16 of "Fixing You." This might be finished just under the wire (helps that I'll have Wednesday to work on it too now) -- depends on how wordy I get with Victor geeking out over possibilities for his Wonderland. XD Fingers crossed I'll have it ready for Friday!
-->Watched the next bit of James building Max Power's new Windenburg "dock house." He's made some changes to the terrain to make it match better with its surroundings (mainly by adding a lot of retaining walls, which then proceeded to screw up his stairs), and did some fiddling with windows and doors (bemoaning the lack of anything decent to put in a hallway where he wanted privacy). Slowly but surely coming together!
-->Watched another Call Me Kevin video about the Pickens family in The Sims 4 -- namely, when Jim trapped a couple of people in his basement to make videos for him so he could get famous releasing them. XD Also involved toddler neglect, Jim schmoozing with celebs, and Jim putting the moves on the mysteriously-floating nanny. The things people do with this game XD
-->Got my VictorLuvsAlice queue sorted for the next few days -- I had most of my pictures done for the "Newcrest Adventures update" (Chell getting married to Wheatley only resulted in a THREE part update, weirdly), and I didn't have to wait around to post something for Thursday's update, so -- yeah. So that's good! :)
And now I'm going to clear out my inbox and get to bed earlier than I did last night, because sleep is a good thing. *salutes* Fingers crossed tomorrow is okay as well! Night all!
