As in, I got there on time (despite taking the wrong road to get there -- fortunately I didn't end up that far away from where I needed to go), my gag reflex didn't give me too much grief while they were taking X-Rays, cleaning went well, and my teeth remain in good shape. w000~ Always good to hear that. So I don't have to report back until December 20th, yay~

Rest of my day has been pretty nice too:

-->Had a good lunch with my parents after getting back from my appointment -- chicken tenders and salad with garlic bread, on nom~ Haven't had that in a while, so it was a nice treat.

-->Watched the latest Atop the Fourth Wall episode, the Superman IV: The Quest For Peace DC Movie Special comic! As per usual with this theme month, the comic adapts the movie it's based off of well, and even manages to improve upon certain things with the reintegration of deleted scenes and the like. The problem is, it's still adapting a BAD MOVIE, so. . . It was an enjoyably silly ride for the most part, at least. And had decent artwork too, for the most part. Some of these past comics have been -- lacking, in that department. *makes faces at the Street Fighter comic*

-->Watched the two OXBox/OXtra lists I had in my Watch Later queue -- title screens that went the extra mile (like Brutal Legends having a live-action mini-movie with Jack Black finding the game as a record in a record store, or Portal 2's screen changing depending on which chapter you're in); and weird bosses that were basically just a big face, occasionally with arms (weirdest probably being Dynamite Heady's Baby Face, which actually goes through a whole LIFE CYCLE as you attack it, from baby to old man). Strange but fun stuff!

-->Played some more Fallout 4 -- I managed to sneak around and take out the last of the raiders at the assembly plant, then chugged my out-of-juice power armor around to the outside so I could fast travel back to the Red Rocket and drop it off for the next time I need it (and have a power core). Told the settlers at Tenpines everything was taken care of -- they were grateful and aligned themselves with the Minutemen. Headed over to Sanctuary to deliver this news to Garvey, who was very grateful and named Victor the Minutemen's "General," aka the leader of the whole group, on the basis of "I'm the last active Minuteman, who's going to stop me?" (Victor, in his head, is going, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING I JUST GOT HERE AND I'M A LOW-CHARISMA BUILD") And then he gave Victor another quest basically just like the one we just finished, leading to an amusing moment where, thanks to what I'm pretty sure was a game glitch, the two just stared at each other a moment before Garvey marked it on Victor's map. It was like they were both going "Really? This is happening?" I've decided if Garvey is so keen to give these quests, he can help me fulfill them -- he's available as a companion now, so gonna trade Dogmeat for him, help this other settlement, THEN finally move back onto the main story missions. XD Hey, the settlement is on the way, sooo. . .

-->Wrote some more on Secundus 2 -- I've established that Doc's train is in the McFly barn, for lack of anywhere better to put it, and introduced William's wife Caroline, who is Very Concerned about Alice's condition. Alice is not pleased XD Only because she doesn't like being coddled while she's pregnant, but still. Now I just have to hope I'm keeping track of all these characters properly. . .too many McFly relatives! And pets, and guests, and uuuugh. Why do I write crossovers with giant casts again?

-->Posted another chapter to "Imagine Me And You" -- Musical Mistress; Or, At Least It Didn't End In Violins (Look, I really wanted to use the pun!) It's the "piano" prompt from last year's Valice Shipping Week, so if you've read that, you're good to go here -- I just felt it belonged in this particular collection.

-->Watched The Sim Supply feature some awesome "wacky" builds, including a surfboard-themed "Shaka Shack," a floating UFO nightclub (seriously, looks SO cool) and a neat underwater jungle house (as in, the house is in the basement, surrounded by pools). I am continually amazed by the level of detail and care Sims builders will put into their builds. I just don't have the patience myself. Wow. . .

-->And watched RTGamer and Call Me Kevin kill each other in Portal 2 co-op (mostly using laser beams and exit doors), and Kevin take on DJ Hero and its sequel (in his most ridiculous 'down with the kids' get-up yet, including FOUR SUNGLASSES on his head. No, seriously).

So yeah, can't complain about the day off. And now I get to go back in -- for one day. XD This week has been weird. . .I'd better get off and get to bed, though. I do need to be awake for that day. Hopefully it'll go well. . . Night all!
