. . .Surprisingly Quiet Wednesday?

crossover_chickNo, seriously -- it was a pretty simple day at work. Helped my coworker look up something things she needed for a spreadsheet, cleaned up some records, took a few phone calls. . . A few little things here and there, but nothing to throw me for an absolute loop. It was -- nice? Almost a little boring at times? Cripes, never thought I'd have THAT feeling again after all we've been through. . . Well, it was definitely a decent way to end out my short week, so yay there. I even got in both my walks despite the weather being semi-gloomy most of the day. Go me, I suppose.
Evening's been pretty nice overall too:
-->Got a very nice chunk of "Secundus 2" sorted -- Clara has been successfully rescued, and it's officially love at first sight for her and Doc. XD Once everyone calms down from nearly seeing a woman go over into a ravine with her buckboard, there will be much playful teasing. :p
-->Watched the latest trailer for Sims 4 Island Living (a more gameplay-focused trailer -- with the voice of Moana from the Disney movie of the same name, apparently!); The Sim Supply's look at the build/buy items of the pack (co-hosted with Deli! I think possibly because he was helping her move? Anyway the first part of the video was quite a lot of complaining about the lack of an island counter and the general lack of good kitchens in the game, but they managed to say lots of positive things about most of the other items :p); and a Deli video about the latest updates to the base game from the latest patch (co-hosted with James in what was clearly a double-feature with his video; featured glitchy wading into non-Sulani waters, back-floating in pools, part-time jobs for adults (and your Sims can actually have two of those at once!), and LOTS of door swatches). More reasons for me to get hype for the patch and new expansion pack, I suppose! Though I'll get more hype once some more of my mods get updated. . .
-->Got some stuff sorted with my VLA queue -- my second Friday post still needs some editing, but at least it's in the queue. And I have some idea of what I'm doing for the next few weeks as well, so that's always helpful.
So yeah -- not a very exciting night, but enjoyable. Oh, and I got more Forgotten Vows Verse fanart: of the CANNERY SNARK. Yes, someone wanted to draw that evil thing. XD Came out pretty good too. XD Hey, I'll take whatever fan stuff there is for as long as it lasts.
Right now, though -- inbox comment, then have to hit the sheets. I may not have work tomorrow, but we are going out to Mystic Aquarium, so I should really attempt to get a decent amount of sleep. Night all!
