Puzzle Friday

crossover_chickAs in, I came home from work, intending to only spend a few minutes with Mom and the puzzle we're currently working on, but ended up getting sucked in for 45 minutes. *facepalm* What can I say, I was really dedicated to finding a few certain pieces! At least we got some decent chunks done. . .
Anyway! Let's try to get this sorted quickly, as I do have the Friday Night Writing Thing To Get To, and some comments to answer:
-->Another fairly average day at work, with more roster maintenance and changing over the wrist rests at our computers for better ones. Yay? *shrug* Whatever makes the day go by!
-->Wrote some more on "Londerland Bloodlines" -- the thin-bloods have shared their stories, and Alice has offered to look into Lily's disappearance and thin-bloodedness in general. Mostly because she feels bad for them, and a certain kinship with them -- after all, SHE'S super new to all this as well. At this point, she doesn't even know all the clan names! So it's a learning process for everybody. Off to the clinic now to meet Knox!
-->Watched the rest of the OXBox/OXtra videos I had in the queue:
A) Jane and Andy playing some Overcooked 2 DLC celebrating the Lunar New Year of the Rat -- hot pots, sushi, and fruit platters ahoy! They actually did pretty good, getting fairly consistent two stars! Ellen would be proud, if she wasn't out at the moment with kidney trouble. :(
B) Jane and Luke playing some Doom Eternal as a nice little preview for people -- OMG SO FREAKING EPIC. It is everything the 2016 DOOM was and more. :D Including the ability to take over enemies now, which -- well, Luke probably had a little too much fun setting Revenant Steve against his friends in pursuit of the Super Shotgun. XD Awesome stuff, though -- makes me happy to see our favorite Slayer doing what he does best!
C) A list about Easter Eggs that basically poked fun at the games/game series they were in, including TWO Hitman entries -- a series-wide one regarding a note asking for flavor text accidentally left in one early game that became a running joke (Allan, time to add details!), and one exclusive to the newer Hitman 2 regarding the homing briefcase bug that was initially patched, then brought back as a special unlockable. XD Fun list!
-->Got my queues for Saturday sorted on both Victor Luvs Alice and Valice Multiverse, w000~ And I'm prepared for most of next week at this point -- now if only I can get some of this stuff in the drafts. . .
Okay, not much else to report, honestly -- gonna go take care of those comments and do the thing! Tomorrow, shoe shopping and Bloodlines, and hopefully catching up on a bunch of the videos I've put into the queue! (I've got quite the collection of GrayStillPlays. . .) Night all!
