So that was good! Yeah, ended up spending some time this afternoon finally unzipping/extracting files from a bunch of the stuff I've downloaded for my game and actually putting it in my mods folder by creator. I have more A:MR stuff for redoing the A-Maze-Ing Wonderland park (though, after working on the "Dollhouse" section and "Looking-Glass Land" section, I'm starting to think that maybe a complete redo of the layout might be better? The "Queensland" section is awfully small, and the center pavilion with the bathrooms has always been kind of awkward. . .), some new Fallout 4 items, and some great new clothes! I popped into CAS with my current iteration of Victor and Alice (and their pets) up on the Gallery and took a look-see -- as I suspected, Alice looks really good in Elizabeth's "student" outfit (the dress she starts the game in) from BioShock Infinite. I also dressed her up in the female Malkavian outfits for a laugh -- they're a TOUCH fiddly, in that they're designed to work with very specific shoes (which is also true of the same creator's Chell outfit -- the Elizabeth outfits have a bit more flexibility), meaning parts of Alice's ankles disappeared if she wasn't wearing the right ones (except for the starting outfit), but it was still fun. (And oh man, the new A:MR dresses I got her! I am so sad PlazaSims hasn't done the whole set, because the old ones I have just -- well, there's no comparison. At least now I have Alice's boots for everything!) And I got to try out a Vault Suit and Pip-Boy on Victor, which made me happy. :) And there's still stuff I really want to download and add to the game. . .

Rest of the day was taken up by the following:

-->Morning was largely helping my parents bring in the groceries from the latest grocery run -- mostly because the routine now involves washing everything and anything that can be washed. It's a -- process, let me put it that way. But we got everything to fit in the fridge and the freezer and the cupboards. And we had a really nice roast turkey dinner tonight, so that was good too.

-->Watched more Fallout 4 companion reaction videos, and listened to some more remixes -- most ambitious one I've come across so far has 14 songs in it! O.O I am duly impressed, let me tell you.

-->Watched some Sims-related videos:

A) A quick update on the "Slice of Life" mod from itsmeTroi -- apparently it comes with an "auto-updater" option now, if you want to have the mod just automatically update itself every time she makes a change! So that's cool. There's also a new "body image" system where Sims can feel insecure or confident about their bodies. Lots of interesting stuff those modders are doing!

B) Fantayzia raving about another save file -- this one hasn't redone all the worlds, but the ones they have done, they've actually renamed too! Yeah, this is a thing you can do if you do some sneaky editing (or have another special mod, it looks like). They redid Willow Creek, Newcrest, and Magnolia Promenade, and they all look very cool, Some great houses and community lots here! :)

C) Plumbella showing off another speed build, this time of her tackling a LilSimsie shell challenge -- that was built on a diagonal, so it is pain. *nods* But Plumbella took that pain and made it into a cool spooky house with lots of Vampires and Realm of Magic stuff, and I approve. :D Came out really cool in the end!

D) Latest episode of "Rags To Repayment" from James -- rather a chaotic one too, with the roomies complaining about not having their needs met (despite having fairly nice apartments), and one getting stuck outside just sort of -- floating above the stairs?? James is kind of hoping she'll die so Grim will come to the lot and he can try to get Trash to convince him to become a roommate. It was also Ambrose's birthday, which took some planning (especially with the Sims' tendency to wander off), and Bob had another busy day at work tormenting his coworkers -- and getting a promotion because of it! (Though he was fishing nearby in hopes of getting an angelfish for fresh ambrosia -- no go there, sadly.) Lot to keep track of in this house! At least we're all having fun.

-->Watched the finale of "LEGO Masters!" I shan't spoil it here, but it was a good episode -- we had some awesome builds, and a lot of heartwarming moments. (Mostly from them letting the contestants' families in -- seeing Boone pick up his daughters as they ran into his arms was "awwww." :) ) And trust me, the best team definitely won today. All awesome stuff. The show could definitely be a little annoying at times (the "oh look at us lampshading every reality TV show trope" bit was never as clever as they thought it was), but the builds were worth it. Hopefully next season, whenever it comes around, is even better!

And now it's time to wrap up what's left in the inbox and hit the sheets. Doing my best to keep to my self-imposed schedule to keep weekdays and weekends straight in my head! (Plus it'll be less of an adjustment when I go back to the office.) Tomorrow -- well, never got to Linkara, sadly, so I'll be making some time for him. And also time for Fallout 4 and "Secundus 2." No other huge plans -- we'll see where the day takes us! Night all!
