Seriously, something keeps distracting me every time I try to work on that story. Stupid shiny internet. Worse, what usually distracts me is Ock fanart.
-MDC: *singsong* Vicky's an Ock girl, Vicky's an Ock girl-
I am not! Not totally. He's not a crush, just an interest.
-MDC: Close enough. Vicky's an Ock girl, Vicky's an Ock girl-
If I give you waffles, will you be quiet?
-MDC: Waffles? *shuts up*-

-MDC: *happily chews on it*-
Now that's that settled, yes, I really do like looking at Ock fanart. It's those darn tentacles. I'm fascinated by them. I like thinking that they have their own personalities and such. Of course, that's dragging me down the slippery slope to another fan-fic.
-DW: I've noticed. We've got another plot bunny that won't go away. Not that I'm complaining -- constant food supply. *stalks it*-
-D: What exactly is it?-
Not sure what to call it -- it's a semi-crossover of sorts, in that it doesn't take place in a combined BTTF/Marvel universe like "BTTX" and "BTTX-2" does. You end up with a set of Ock Arms and have to adapt. I'm also toying around with a Venom-esque Clara.
-M: Ooo-kay.-
Yeah. What's worse is it's one of those ideas that makes me wish I could really draw. I see it as a comic-book in my head. *grumble* Must focus on current fanfics. Must focus on revising "Dark Half."
-VD: *tad annoyed* Whatever happened to "V.D."?-
You know, I dunno. I guess I'm currently in a NonTrilogyish mood. No offense, I'm still working on "Curiouser and Curiouser."
-M2: As long as you keep writing about us.-
-VD2: *pokes* Which reminds me, what happened to "World of Light?"-
*blush* I'll do some tomorrow, I promise.

Of course, real world has to rear its head. This coming week, I will start attending college. I've got tomorrow off because of the holiday, luckily -- a bit of time to rest and gather my thoughts. We've got the rest of my textbooks (for 190 dollars, making my total on books 200 even), and new pens and a lunch container. Luckily I have this huge backback, so everything fits inside. Pockets everywhere!
