Yes, there were still problems with the GL, but they were understandable ones, and I knew where to make my notes. And I was able to finish up my big project of the day, and the call at the end of the day only took twenty minutes, so I was able to leave at my usual time, yay~ So feeling calmer now, and not quite so stressed out by everything. I expect that to last all of a day and a half, thanks to it being a normal-sized weekend and the anxiety probably ramping up Sunday afternoon, but I'll take it while it lasts.

As it stands, had a pretty decent afternoon, even if it was shorter than my Friday afternoons have been of late:

-->No workout, but that was because we finally got another chance to play the beanbag game! I was throwing pretty poorly at first, but managed to hit my stride in the end -- Dad won the first three games, but I won the last two. Poor Mom, she just never QUITE got far enough ahead to ever win. . . Ah well, there's always tomorrow!

-->Wrote some more on "Londerland Bloodlines" -- specifically, Alice fighting the Blood Guardian! It's a messy fight, and poor Alice gets ANOTHER outfit ruined -- but I DO let her feed on the Guardian, which I'm pretty sure you can't do in-game, so at least she comes out of it not having really LOST any blood. And up the money in the cash box. She's not feeling particularly favorable toward Jeanette at the moment, though, as you might imagine!

-->Watched a bit of the YouTubes:

A) Starting off with a side episode of "Rags To Redevelopment," where James lets girlfriend Deligracy fix up Ambrose! And Lilith too, because she insisted. XD The banter was amusing (Deli trying to design outfits to fit the Sims' characters, James being like "I don't know who they are, all I know is dumpster diving"), and the end results were pretty nice! Ambrose has a few nice, chill outfits (including a dedicated dumpster diving outfit), and Lilith got a nice haircut and some better clothes than what Eaxis gave her. So now they'll be even prettier to look at in the next episode of the series proper! If James can drag himself away from playing with their giant Chow Chow Bowser to record it. XD

B) And then it was time for more Call Me Kevin! Featuring:

1. Another montage of unplayed Steam games, including Wanking Simulator (which, uh, actually involves more wandering around, stealing Bibles, learning magic spells, and machetes than you would think with a name like that); Lead and Gold (a cowboy themed PVP game – except that Kevin was the only person playing, sooooo); and The Beast Inside (a genuinely kinda freaky horror game! Kevin didn't get far into it, but it was still an experience). Always fun when he takes a look at the deep dark recesses of his Steam library. XD

2. An early preview look at Immortals Fenyx Rising, courtesy of Ubisoft! It looks like "snarky Ancient Greek Mythology take on Breath of the Wild," but that's hardly a bad thing. It even worked in pinball mini-games! XD And poor Kevin was having some performance anxiety due to the fact a Ubisoft employee was watching him play remotely, so there was a lot of fun puzzle stumbling as he tried to do the "big brain" thing. XD Don't worry, Kevo, we still love you!

3. More Sims 4, as we discover the only reason for Journey to Batuu to exist – so Jim Pickens can OFFICIALLY join the Dark Side. :D Not that it was easy – mostly because Kevin couldn't figure out how to actually VISIT Batuu at first. XD Once he got there, though, Jim immediately reported to the First Order district and started doing all the missions. With Turg in tow, because of course Turg was in tow. Turg is in fact spying for the Resistance while Jim works for the First Order. It's okay, Jim likes Turg, so he'll allow it. XD He's already progressed through all the missions James has completed in his Journey to Batuu LP, and has gotten a shiny red lightsaber! Trust Jim to fast-track being evil. XD

-->And I actually got something in the queue for Song Saturday tomorrow! It's a reblog of a reblog, but I haven't done a proper one in a few weeks, so I'm still proud of myself. :P

And I just did my queue for Valice Multiverse -- which shouldn't be seen as THAT much of an accomplishment, it was only two asks tonight XD -- so it's time to get cracking on the DW comments! And then. . .well, got me. I'm sure I'll find some way to fill the time between now and when I inevitably stumble to bed not having meant to stay up until 2 AM again. XD (Maybe I can at least convince my brain to try for 1:30. . .) Tomorrow -- more beanbag game (it's supposed to be perfect fall weather, after all); more Fallout 4 (got more mods to try out); and Linkara, Spiffing Brit, and GrayStillPlays. Sounds like a plan? :p We'll see how well I keep to it. Night all!
