Successfully got my flu shot at work today, even if I had The Anxiety over it -- but they were doing stuff like swapping out two chairs that were being continually disinfected, wearing gloves and masks and doing all sorts of sanitizing, so I felt a little better about getting the shot. At least that's one less thing to worry about. . .I hope. Rest of the workday was mainly just working on some exceptions and some maintenance -- went by reasonably quickly, though I could have done with things being a little less busy with people coming in and out. Maybe tomorrow will be better for that. . .

Anyway, round-up of the afternoon:

-->More beanbag game today -- Mom won the first game, I won the second game, and Dad got his act together to win the last three. :p Still, I'm glad to have won one -- and we ended up having our fair share of shootouts because people kept tying! Dad and me in the first game, Mom and Dad in the second. . .it just kept going on and on! XD Still, it was fun.

-->Got in a bike workout, afterward -- twenty-three minute rides on that thing are getting to be a standard (twenty minutes regular, three minutes cooldown).

-->Wrote some more on "In A World Of His Own" -- started Chapter 3, with the Magic Tower. Victor and Alice are in the library, and have just been attacked by some Booksnaps! Because at least a few of these chapters need a fight or two in them. Fortunately they're making short work of the tomes, and will soon meet this realm's owner, the Grand High Wizard! So that'll be fun. XD

-->Watched a little YouTube:

A) As stated, back on the bike after beanbags, with more of Jon's Fallout 4 Survival playthrough! He recruited Sheffield via Nuka-Cola (and stopped by Fallon's and grabbed a Champion piece of gear while he was at it), and then went ahead and put Piper to work there as well. Sheffield got guard duty (along with a helper turret), while Piper is working on the corn set up in the tiny dirt patch by the water pump (at least she's relatively close to her sister?). With Hangman's Alley sorted, it was time to finish off Episode 7 and move onto Episode 8, where Jon started exploring the world again, on his way to Cabot House to start those quests and find himself a Charisma Bobblehead so he doesn't have to spend more perk points than necessary to get Local Leader for his supply lines. He skirted around some super-mutant infested places; took out a gang of said mutants in Trinity Church for an Unstoppables comic; found the Boyleston Club and their suicide pact via poisoned wine (apparently another thing he hadn't really twigged during previous playthroughs); VERY CAREFULLY skirted an agitated Swann the Behemoth; found Hubris Comics; and ended up in Goodneighbor! He blew Finn's head off (which Hancock approved of), then rented a room at the Rexford for saving purposes. I left him having recruited the Vault-Tec Salesman and trying to figure out if he could get the guy to go to Hangman's Alley instead of Sanctuary. (I think he CAN be reassigned, but he HAS to go to Sanctuary first.) Good times, good times. . .

B) Back to Call Me Kevin for more Henry Stickmin collection! Yeah, he decided he wanted a better ending than getting stuck in the desert in the middle of a Toppat civil war, so he went ahead and replayed most of the game to get better endings (you only get one ending with the prologue). He escaped the prison, successfully stole the diamond, and infiltrated the airship with the help of Charles – and then the timeline split again. The first time, he got the "Presumed Dead" ending of "Fleeing the Complex" and ended up going with Charles to space for "Completing The Mission," getting the sad ending where Charles dies – but that was actually too much death even for KEVIN, so he went back and instead grabbed Ellie and did her ending for "Fleeing The Complex," leading to them teaming up with Charles to take down the Toppat rocket before it even launches and getting my favorite ending, "Triple Threat." :D Yaaaay for the dream team!

C) And then it was over to GrayStillPlays for Dismount Fast Fast, another one of those "smash this stickman to pieces for points" games. XD I'm as confused as anyone else as to why this is a genre now, but DAMN if it isn't fun! :D Especially with Gray launching his unfortunate stickman into bouncy balls and spinning fans and thrusting things on the search for infinite points. Which he found, by the way – a couple of times, no less! So much torture, so little time. . . XD

-->And I've just recently caught up with most of my comments from the other day -- time to catch up on the last one before my computer starts fully crapping out again (at least some of the issues seem to stem from how long it's been on, with longer = worse performance. Thanks to the beanbag game, my workout, and supper, I didn't turn this thing on until almost eight, and it's been running better than it was this time last night, so. . .). Also need to think of something to stick in my Victor Luvs Alice queue for tomorrow -- I'm sure I can find something to quickly reblog. *nods* Night all!
