At least, if you go by the to-do list:

1. Clean my room: Check – not too difficult, fortunately, with dust levels reasonable. Started maybe around 11:15 AM, finished by 1:55 PM (and that’s with a lunch break of roughly half-an-hour). Good to have this done for another couple of weeks!

2. Watch the two OXBox list videos and the latest AT4W episode in my Watch Later, along with keeping up on YouTube Subs: Two-thirds check – again, the OXBox has been pushed back a day. I blame a late shower throwing me off my groove -- for whatever reason, I just wasn't feeling it when it came time to watch them. On the plus side, though, I did get everything else sorted –

A) Started pre-gaming with another “Rags to Redecoration” episode from James Turner! Hazel had a rare day off to start thanks to James not being able to pick a gig for her in time – she ended up spending most of it cleaning or asleep, but she did get a chance to see Lord, suffered a power outage thanks to the Landgraabs turning it off to do “squirrel maintenance,” and ended up joining the Garden Gnomes gardening and fishing club and hanging out with them to get away from the power cut. XD And after that, she returned to the scene of the crime with one of her earliest renovations – the Behr sisters were now looking to have their living room redone, and Hazel was up for the job! . . .as was Lord, who – thanks to EA glitchiness – followed her to work and hung out while she gutted the place. Turns out at least one Behr sister likes “island” décor, so James ended up having Hazel redo not just the living room, but the kitchen to be more island-y – using the Island Living counters, throwing in some Sulani couches, putting a canopy in the living room over the coffee table and TV. . . It was silly but fun. He even added a tiny bathroom in an unused room at the front of the house! The clients loved it and Hazel got another promotion – but now we have to figure out what’s going on with Lord. Because having him stalk her is not ideal – especially if she’s going to be stealing from clients’ builds. Dude, you’re cramping her style – and with a big expensive bar renovation coming up, she can’t have THAT!

B) Then, before supper, it was time for Linkara and the latest Atop The Fourth Wall – “The Amazing Spider Man: Riot at Robotworld!” This was a PSA comic to promote diversity in engineering, and it did so by having Spider-Man fight a bunch of robots controlled by Ultron while the engineer in charge of the place, Ana, worked with three minority kids to find a way to shut Ultron off. Highlights include Peter Parker asking what a robot is in the clunkiest way possible (because comic for children), Spidey ripping the head off of a robot T-Rex, Spidey punching the head off of a Terminator replica, and Linkara using his Starscream voice for Ultron. XD Probably not particularly good as a PSA, but a fun little romp for Spidey, at least! :)

C) Then, after supper, it was time for Call Me Kevin and the early access version of Going Medieval! It’s a game where you build up a little civilization in medieval times – you build your own fort, you research farming, preserving food, and all that other fun stuff, and you can have events where you can take in new settlers! Kevin started with Jim Pickens Winter, Mil House, and Noob Newby, and together they built a little fort, took in escaped prisoner Edwin, successfully murdered (and ate) the bandits after him, learned how to farm ALL the cabbages (Kevin was trying to grow barley for beer after learning Brewing), took in starving genius Godstan, and eventually murdered Mil House and ate him despite Kevin trying to turn the corpse into a sacrifice for their new god. You know, typical Kevin stuff! XD It looks like a fun little game, though – if you like these Civilization-esque games, it might be for you!

D) And then it was time for GrayStillPlays and more Happy Wheels! We had some rough boards today! From having to navigate a bunch of hazards, including a head-spiker at the very end right next to a whole bunch of bombs; to a couple of harpoon dodges and heists with Pogo-Man; to a trip through Gray’s mind (full of invisible walls and ball falls); to a savage bottle run where the bottles curve downward, up, and are mixed with JETS; to another hazards course where the only way to win is to FLLLYYYY – yeah, we had ‘em ALL today. Poor Gray, he was struggling to complete some of these! But with patience, masochism, and an unending supply of weird noises and desperate praying, he managed it.

3. Either work some more on the Kinkverse stuff or write my other owed gift fic for the month: Eh, not really on either – I’ve done some more reviewing of my notes document, but I didn’t make any actual writing progress on anything (the problem with working on a verse like this – it can be REALLY HARD sometimes to translate what’s in your head to virtual paper). I did at least get a suggestion for the gift fic from the friend it’s supposed to be for – she really likes a particular game, so anything related to that. And we’re doing a thread together on Valice Multiverse currently that I might be able to mine for inspiration. . .hmmm. . .

4. Play Sims 4 and either play another day of Emmett and Nikal, or revamp my "family fun center" build now that we have platforms: Check to the former – dropped in on the family just in time for Egg Day! They all found the requisite number of eggs around the house and interacted with the Flower Bunny – Emmett also put up some seasonally-appropriate bunting, and he and Nikal exchanged flowers (bluebell from him to Nikal, crocus from Nikal to him). Emmett also hit the Magic Realm to study under L. Faba for a bit and bring his rank up to Adept – as he’s currently under an “uncontrollable charge” curse, I chose “Power Shunt” for one of his new perks so he generates less charge while casting spells (the other one was “Mote Hound,” just because – I’ll have to have him consume some motes before their cycle’s over). He and Nikal also both learned “Minionize” from a new tome, though – controlling Sims’ minds magically seems redundant when you already have the power of the SimRay on your side. XD Ah well, we’ll probably give it a try just for funsies. Next time we’re following Nikal to work to see if we can get her a promotion! Fingers crossed, folks. . .

5. Answer the FF.net PM in my inbox: Check! Finally got that done and dusted; friend has a review for the latest bit of her latest fanfic and I am free of obligation for a bit. :p

Additionally:

-->Cloudy start but clear afternoon, so we did get to play beanbags! My scores today were 3-W-2-W-3, which is nice and symmetrical, at least. :p Dad got W-3-W-2-2, and Mom 2-2-3-3-W. So we did all win one, yay! Poor Dad, though – he creamed us in the first game, then had pretty much all of his beanbags bouncing out of the holes in the last. Dunno what happened THERE! Me, I just had two good games and two bad ones. :p (And one “okay” one, if you’re counting.)

So I got arguably the most important thing done (the room clean), and cleared out some other stuff that was hanging over my head, but. . .mmm. Wish I'd tried the writing thing earlier, when I might have had more motivation. At least now I have some direction regarding that gift fic! Better than nothing. . .

Anyway -- do have things going on on the RP front, so should wrap up here and keep going on that. Let's set up tomorrow's to-dos:

1. See about writing the first draft of the gift fic

2. Watch the OXBox in the Watch Later and Jon's next FO4 YOLO episode; keep up with YouTube Subs if possible

3. Play Sims 4 and do some renovations on the Family Fun Center build I did a while back

4. Get in a workout

5. Prep tumblr queues for the week

Hopefully that is mostly doable! I do like going "check check check" on my list items. :) Night all!
