Actually kind of a busy Saturday overall, as my to-do list shall prove:

1. Clean my room and do my monthly sheets-and-blankets laundry load: Check! Started the room clean at just after 11 AM, finished up at just before 2:30 PM (with a break for lunch around 1 PM). Laundry started a little later and went through the afternoon, but it’s all done for another two weeks, hurrah!

2. Keep up on YouTube Subs (maybe rewatch the AT4W VTMB episode if I have a moment?): Check, though I didn’t end up doing the rewatch. Mostly because I started late after doing the rest of the stuff on the list, and ended up substituting in a different video. . .

A) Started this evening with James Turner and the next episode of the Cottage Living LP! The theme of today’s episode was “storms, glitches, and farming” – the weather was pretty awful for the two brothers in this video, with thunderstorms happening regularly. Both Chaz and Trenton got hit by lightning while on the evil chickens’ island! No hypercharged fun, sadly, but also neither of them DIED, so. . . And the thunderstorms were good for cutting down their water bill, which is necessary as James expanded out the farm majorly today – they’re up to 72 plots now! He did rearrange the rows so that he could fit four plots around one sprinkler and thus not have quite so many watering his plants, but still, dang. Good thing they have all the rabbits, birds, and Patchy to help them with general farm maintenance! And the payoff at the end was more than worth it – $16,800 from a full harvest of oversized crops! And most of them were at the “small” size! I can’t wait to see what he can get if he manages to get more actual giant crops. . .

As for the glitches – well, Chaz TRIED to enter the Garden Finchwick Fair (the one for regular crops and pies), making a speedy apple pie and taking some dragonfruit to enter – but the moment he showed up, the stuff had just vanished from his inventory. Along with the eggs he’d planned to sell. So that’s, uh, nice. *grumbles* He may have lost his bike to same too. James started compulsively saving every time he went to sell stuff after that. Also, the downstairs vacuum is constantly breaking, and James can’t find a way to make it unbreakable. Not that it may help, because an outside sprinkler that was ACTUALLY unbreakable apparently broke during one of the storms. . . Also, the evil chickens keep fighting Grim constantly whenever he tries to reap the souls of the local foxes, and it’s really hurting James’s ability to save. I think it’s time to turn the evil chicken help off, dude! They’re not really HELPING! Though maybe that makes sense, they ARE evil.

Oh, and Fae Fae was indeed aged up today – she is adorable with comically oversized ears. Love it. XD Oh man, so much to keep track of in this LP. . .

B) Then it was onto Call Me Kevin and 100 Years Life Simulator, a mobile game which – well, you go along these branching paths of life, making choices along the way that inform what path you’re going to be on. Kevin’s first run through the game resulted in his character, ImDoomed, nearly killing his father, eating alone in the cafeteria in grade school, then eventually dating a gorilla and marrying her in a beautiful jungle ceremony. The SECOND run involved him actually choosing a human on the dating app, who turned out to be a bit of a gold digger. His attempts to get a job got him sexually harassed and eventually fired by his boss; then he was arrested for being homeless and stealing the gun of the cop who tried to arrest him; then he escaped prison by finding a lockpick while helping clean the place up; then he flew back home to find his parents dead and ran away from his childhood memories; THEN he became a surprisingly famous comedian; then finally he survived a plane crash, made friends with some local native women, then died in a house fire because he turned down a threesome with the sisters and the younger one apparently got jealous. ...You know what, I don’t blame Kevin for declaring that the “gorilla wife” ending was canon. XD

C) Then we took a quick swerve over to Jon of Many a True Nerd, as he’d uploaded his latest Hitman 3 video, showcasing the Dartmoor Garden Show event! This one is a simple, GENUINE escalation, where you have to eliminate certain competitors and judges at a garden show, all while not taking our your client or their accomplice judge – but no names are given, as apparently who needs to be killed is randomized each time you take the contract. Interesting! It’s also a very bright and colorful little event, with nice little gardens (Jon took the time to visit and evaluate each one, ranking the Japanese-themed one the highest). He visited the event as a snow-ninja (taking out the first competitor with a car battery tossed into a puddle of water); a devil (killing the second competitor with a falling decorative cage in his own garden, and the third with another car battery puddle); and a clown (taking out the judges by port-o-potty drowning the first after poisoning her food (oof) and dropping that decorative cage on the second). And then, after unlocking a mode that let him choose his own targets, killed the third judge via electric shock microphone because he wanted to see the fireworks. XD Very easy mission, but Jon enjoyed the day out with 47, so all was well.

D) Then finally it was over to GrayStillPlays and another GTA V stunt board! This one was Sonic-themed, complete with a little Sonic character to open the board that Gray forced to come with him at gunpoint. You had to collect the rings (aka knock over all the pool floaties) while avoiding people shooting at you and doing fun Sonic-themed parkour, like loop-de-loops, wall rides, tight-ropes, and going up and down various ramp hills – sometimes through wind turbines! Complete with a beautiful color-changing car with a rocket nailed to the back and a “YEET” license plate. Gray really struggled with getting the timings and amount of yeet just right – not even the controller could save him from some of those jumps! At least he had company this time to help curse out the creator of the board? XD He completed it, as always, but DAMN.

3. Write some more on "Learn To Love Again" and/or work on the Sims 4 challenges: Check on the first – after settling in, doing some browsing, and getting my first load out of the dryer, I got another page on this done, with Victor telling Alice and June about the disastrous rehearsal. Alice was not particularly sympathetic about Victor leaving a lit candle on Lady Everglot’s skirt, but Victor fully admitted it was stupid of him and that he’d change it if he could, so they’ll be all right. Besides, she’s going to be pretty distracted by learning about the Land of the Dead shortly. :p

4. Play Sims 4 -- either building save or Chill Save: Check – thanks to beanbags throwing me off my groove a little bit (see below – I didn’t expect us to play as most of the day was pretty hot and humid), I ended up going to the build save between that and supper because I wasn’t sure when supper would be and didn’t want to be interrupted doing something with a family. Worked some more on a house build where the shell was vaguely inspired by a house we’ve driven past on trips up to mini-golf and whatnot before – I added a pond, the Cottage Living early-order tree, and a walkway with some hedges and one of the new terrain paints to the front yard, then spent some time doing up the kitchen – it’s kind of a mix largely of Cottage Living and Realm of Magic, amusingly enough. XD I also stuck wisteria all over one outer wall, and am slightly annoyed to discover a few leaves clip in JUUUST enough to be noticeable, hmph. Ah well, I’m trying to cover them with hutches and paintings and stuff – we’ll see how it goes!

5. Work on tumblr queues: Okay, I’m giving myself a check for this one, as while I have not actually done any more drafts, I am having a VERY busy night on Valice Multiverse (one of my partners came back with multiple threads), and that is GOING to lead to an eventual queue over there, so – yeah.

Additionally:

-->We did end up playing beanbags, despite the heat and humidity (blech) – I had 3-2-W-3-2, Dad had W-3-2-W-3, Mom had 2-W-3-2-W. So basically we all had repeating patterns today for scores, curiously enough. Mom got that last win with a 12 too, so good for her. :) And hey, I did get one win (and a shower afterwards), so I’m good. :)

Yeah, so, it's been pretty busy all day, though especially tonight. Whew! And I'm still nowhere near done -- time to get back to it! After setting up the to-dos, of course:

1. Work on those Sims 4 challenges (I want to at least see if I can finish the VTMB one)

2. Keep up on YouTube Subs and Jon's latest FO4 YOLO episode

3. Either play more Bloodlines or take the leap on Fallout 4

4. Get in a workout

5. Work on tumblr queues

We'll see what gets done and what doesn't! At least with the cleaning out of the way I'll have more time on the computer. . .night all!
