Okay, time got a little away from me here, so let's just throw up the to-do list and head to bed --

Work – Well, my actual supervisor is back from his break, so that was a pleasant shock! Mostly quiet day otherwise, though, with me primarily cleaning up duplicates. One thing with the credit card people, though fortunately it was quickly fixed. Still, really wish they’d get more on the freaking ball!

Also, got rid of the Beanbags item a mite too early, as it was just warm, nice, and light enough this afternoon to play a few rounds. I got 3-W-2, Dad got W-3-W, and Mom got 2-2-3. Small possibility we’ll play tomorrow, though I’m unsure just because the rest of this week is supposed to be colder. We’ll see!

To-Do List

1. Get in a workout: Check – back on the bike today, and back with L.A. By Night, “Fear No Monsters!” When we left off, Victor Temple’s club had developed a strange and mysterious rat problem in the basement, with dozens of the little buggers covering the floor – and those mysterious red eyes from the factory watching him, Nelli, and the recently-arrived Annabelle and X. Victor did a Soaring Leap over to their “guest,” and Annabelle tried to start a conversation while Nelli was distracted by the vision of a ghostly woman in a different part of the basement and X got caught up in watching the rats. Fortunately, the red-eyed person was willing to talk – and call off the rats, who scarpered down through a hole in a nearby baseboard when Victor demanded they leave. (X in fact caught one and ripped off an ear, which – yeah, Annabelle, upon seeing this, was quite horrified.) Turned out the red-eyed person was a Gangrel, Ramona, who looks like she was turned as a teen, and was using the factory the others checked out before as a “squat” (aka a sort of temporary haven). She wanted to know why they were there, and the others (after taking care of Nelli, who tried to follow the ghostly woman, only to have her fade away again when Annabelle and X arguing over the rat ear interrupted her concentration – I’m starting to think this “ghost” may be in fact whatever remains of Donna, her “sister” childe whom she ate in a jealous rage and whose death Chaz now holds over her) explained about the attempt on their lives and how they tracked it to the factory. Ramona admitted she’d seen the ghouls who attacked them around with a “lick” – another, thuggish, vampire – and also that Chaz had visited previously in the past, though separately. She even had a bag of weapons (including wooden stakes) to hand over, provided Victor promised to put in a good word with Baron Isaac about leaving her squat alone. Victor was willing and even said if she wanted to stay overday in the basement, she was welcome. So now it just becomes a matter of figuring out whose weapons these are, and what their actual plan was. . .and seeing how distracted Annabelle gets by Ramona mentioning it was better in previous years, being an Anarch, because it seems like Barons were less like Princes then. . . (I personally think Isaac was always that bad, but that’s just me.)

2. Edit some more on "Londerland Bloodlines": Check – Alice has discovered the secret of the warm freezer – a lack of blood and a secret passage! Into a donation room that holds captive one Lily! Who is – not doing too well, given she’s been starved of blood for a while now. . .Alice is working on getting her free, but unfortunately a certain Phil has just discovered them in the room. . .Phil, buddy, this is NOT going to work out well for you.

3. Keep up with YouTube Subscriptions: Check, plus got some stuff out of my Watch later, wo00 -

A) No James still, so I decided to catch up a bit on a couple of Plumbella’s recent uploads:

I. “The Sims 4: Get To Work's Scientist career is my villain origin story” – Plumbella continues playing Get To Work, moving into the Scientist career! She had a lot of fun with this one, going around causing drama by gossiping about all her coworkers (look, it was literally a work goal), asking for metals, and occasionally analyzing or inventing something. XD She managed to make the momentum conserver and the SimRay, though she never got a chance to experiment with the serums as she never had the plants she needed to make them. But even with that, she managed to struggle her way to a couple of promotions, and proceeded to thoroughly mock the UFO table lamp reward you get for your second promotion. XD Ah well, she was clearly enjoying herself and all the nonsense – and I like this career too! Hell of a lot better than Detective, that’s for sure. . .

II. “the next sims 4 pack has been leaked (again) lol” – Plumbella looks at the leak of the next sims 4 Kit, Blooming Rooms! That’s coming out next week (next Tuesday, in fact), and judging by the promo image that was found, it is indeed full of many plants. My first reaction upon seeing that was “James Turner is gonna love this one,” and it appears Plumbella is in favor too. Though she hopes that some of the shelving items don’t have their plants permanently attached – she’d like to mix and match and change swatches, please. (Sorry, Jesse, but I wouldn’t hold my breath.) Still, this is probably gonna be one of the better-received kits – still not breaking my “no buy” rule for it, but then again decorating with plants isn’t really my thing anyway. I’ll enjoy vicariously through YouTubers. :p

B) Then it was over to the Subs for Call Me Kevin and more “Two Chunk Challenge” in Minecraft! Kevin had a very good session in the chonks today – he’s managed to figure out how to get infinite water in his “well;” he successfully set up water for his wheat farm; he went down into the mine and found SIX DIAMONDS; he created a new treasure-fishing lake to try and get a book so he can make an enchanting table – no luck yet, though he has fished up some leather, lily pads, and, you know, actual fish (pufferfish, in fact, which is amusing when you think of his history with that in Sims 4 XD); he successfully fended off another Pillager attack; his zombie-riding-a-chicken despawned, but he was able to lure in another chicken (this one actually lays eggs!) with some seeds; and he made himself a little kitchen in his house! :D A very good episode indeed! I like watching him play the Chonk Challenge – it’s a lot of fun, and makes me want to do challenge stuff myself in Sims 4 (we’ll see how things are going after tomorrow’s patch)!

C) And finally, we had GrayStillPlays and more Happy Wheels! Started with a bottle flip that went into a surprise rope swing if you got the right area, and from there proceeded to boards like “hobo slide to collect the coins” (you had to slide at just the right angle through a series of staggered boosts into a funnel to collect all the coins on the level – Gray was so happy with himself when he slid to victory); an advanced Pogo-Man harpoon dodge (which Gray NEARLY circumvented via the power of launching himself with a mine, but died on the last dodge – took him a while to get through the hell lasers, but he made it!); Dad and Tom Hardy vs the jet-propelled spiky “Death Wings” (also a bunch of homing mines and crossbow arrows – you have no idea how many times Gray died on this particular level); a Pogo-Man speed-run board, where the idea was to circumvent the spiky pogo jump level with some landmines and fling yourself through a thumbnail hole to victory (featuring Gray’s greatest nemesis – finding the right angle to fling himself at); a “little bit of everything” obstacle course with Dad and Tom Hardy (which Gray managed to circumvent part of, and considering how tricky getting through some of the obstacles was, that’s probably what saved him); Nixon going through ALL the bullshit (including a table slide and a jet fall) to find a win that wasn’t somehow blocked off by nonsense (Gray nearly won the first time with NO LIMBS LEFT from a bad explosion fling, only to have his head smashed right near the end); another harpoon dodge for Pogo Man (three in a row – simple but deadly, and took all of Gray’s dodging skills to defeat); and Hobo In A Wheelchair running from the hospital over a hilariously long obstacle course (which cost him a couple of limbs, so good thing he had the wheelchair). You know, just the usual in Happy Wheels (hell, one of the boards was called “an average day in HW” or something similar XD).

4. Get my tumblr queues sorted: Check – got the post I wanted to do for Wednesday (concerning the future of what I’ll be posting on my tumblr for Sims now that I’ve put Newcrest Adventures on hiatus) written up, which is good! Now I just have to make sure I can get everything queued up tomorrow evening. . .

*nods* Pretty solid stuff! Now I just have to get through four more days of it. Night all!
