Taken from the DahTTB BTTF.com thread:
Unlocking the Cheats
Press C to activate Cheat-menu. Notice it asks you for the unlock code.
Type in "lathop" (without the quotation marks) and hit enter.
You should now get a message saying cheat-mode is activated.
Press C again and this time type in the code you want use.

The Cheat Codes
Type these without the quotation marks
"mypinewood" = (Bike levels only) Changes the enemies' appearances into other things. Example: Mario, an alien, Doc...
"momisthatyou" = Gives you 792 points, no matter how many points you have. A useful cheat if you have few points
"plutonium" gives you 2015 points
"Stephen" = (yes, capital S!) Opens up BTTF.com
"freecupholder" = Gives you a free cup holder...for free!
"thekingisalive" = (platform levels only) The King (Elvis) will arrive
"whatsthematterchicken" = Gives you two more lives (Trust me, you'll be using this one a LOT)
"nobodycallsmechicken" = Score will return to 0 and you will have only 1 life (I don't see the point, frankly)
"backtonormal" = Returns to zero score and 3 lives
"heavy" = skip the current level
"almanac" = well, check for yourself...

RedSlicer hasn't yet released the cheats for "Jetpack Doc." I'll report them here when he does.
