Work was mildly annoying today, but really, when isn't it? Yay weekend, though. I'm thinking of vacuuming, my rug rather needs it. Maybe dusting some too.
-DW: *sniffs at a dust bunny* Might be a good idea, yes.-
-D: Have anything special planned?-
Not really. Though I'm probably gonna throw Clockwork into either the Rift or the Nexus -- maybe both. He hasn't had much to do lately, and we're both getting bored. Though hopefully his latest journal entry, about Fairy Tales, should help with that.
-RPD: You think he'd want to say far away from anything to do with fairies.-
Heh, that's sort of what the entry's about. How's his room at the Inkwell, by the way? I know talking about the Whoverse fairies with Ael last night kinda freaked him out.
-RPD: Well, he'd very efficently weatherproofed it, so no major damage. Paige says he was up for a lot of the night, though.-
Poor guy. Though I can't blame him, those fairies freaked me out too.
-TD: What we need is a good fairy death ray.-
You really think that would work?
-TD: Death rays solve everything.-
You've been hanging out with Agatha too much.
-HD: This from the girl obsessed with "American McGee's Alice" and that croquet mallet.-
*blush* True. I got farther along in that game today -- up to the beginning of the Wonderland Woods. Boojums are a lot more annoying on Medium. I kept dying many painful deaths. Luckily, by now I've learned the joys of quicksave/quickload.
-VD: I'd think that would be pretty neccessary in a game like Alice.-
Indeed. And the part coming up is one I hate -- stupid leaf-riding. *crosses fingers she can actually make some of these jumps*
-VD2: How's the fic coming along?-
Making nice progress on "Cinder-Marty." Just past Seamus's funeral, getting up to the point where Buford becomes Marty's stepfather. Next he meets Doc, then Maggie dies and the story begins in earnest.
-M: Why did I have to be the girl again?-
Because that's the way I thought of it, and it's a little funnier that way. I promise, if I ever do that Sleeping Beauty crossover, you'll be the prince in that.
-J: Thank your lucky stars I'm so good at being unconscious, Marty.-
-M: *kisses* I prefer you awake.-
-OD: What about us?-
Well, it was dead yesterday, so I managed to get up to 4 pages this week on "There's Always Tomorrow." Up to the new version of the Buford fight!
-D: Then another NonTrilogy once that's done?-
Probably, yeah. Gotta look up which one's next.
So, not much else to say for the nonce. Maybe I'll go haunt Youtube for a while. There was an MST3K I wanted to watch. . . .
