crossover_chick: gif with Doc and Marty trying to get out of being written into twisted AUs (feeling sparky/creative)
Though one of things Marty experiences has to be an ill-omen:

Marty: So you're my great-grandfather. The first McFly born in America. *hears watery noise, looks down and lifts baby* And you peed on me.

-M: Well, it still beats having your Mom hit on you.-
*snork* Maybe, but still.
Anyway, pretty good day today. Work was the usual, for the most part. Afterward I took a walk with Mom up and down the local bike path -- we're all trying to get a little more exercise and lose some weight. This has led to me getting my first MP3 player -- a tiny little clip-on thing from Eclipse. I haven't loaded any songs onto it yet, but I plan to soon.
-Docs: *crowded around it, intrigued*-
-D: Amazing how they can fit all that technology into something so tiny.-
-HD: And it holds 1000 songs. Incredible.-
However, this isn't the purchase I'm most excited about. You see, while we were up at FYE, I decided I might as well check out something in the DVD section.

I am now the proud owner of the DVD of "Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog!" :D I've been meaning to order it for a while now, but it kept slipping my mind. Then I spontaneously decided to see if FYE had it, and SCORE! Saturday's reserved for watching BTTF III, but I'm thinking Sunday I'll watch it. Yay, I finally get to see Commentary: The Musical! :D
-TD: Cool!-
-VD: You like the strangest things.-
Yeah, but without that personality trait, half of you wouldn't have been born, so. . . .
-DW: Of course, this means the "Victor Horrible" bunnies are back in force.
-TTV: *rolls eyes*-
:p Don't worry, I'm doing real fanfic -- working on a bit of "There's Always Tomorrow" right now. I also solved my fandom problems in "The Tale" -- "Beauty and the Beast" and "Snow White" are both Narbonic stories.
-M2: *puzzled* How does that work?-
Simple. I remembered that I didn't have to do Dave/Helen for Beauty and the Beast. I'm doing Mell/Caliban. :D Dave and Helen show up in "Snow White," with Narbon Sr as the witch.
-VD2: This is a very mad-sciency fairy tale crossover you're planning.-
Indeed. I'm still looking for a way to fit Cheshire into one of the tales. I guess he could find a role in "The Valiant Milliner. . . ."
Anyway, I have an MP3 player to figure out. Later.
