This site shows off the DLC dresses and a couple of the weapons. My reactions:
-->Caterpillar Dress: Kinda weird-looking, but always having Shrink Sense on would be useful
-->Cheshire Dress: Looks awesome, but disables enemies dropping roses. No thanks.
-->Fleshmaiden Dress: Eeewwwww (well, it is the Queen of Hearts-themed dress). But admittedly, being able to access Hysteria whenever would be nice.
-->Late But Lucky Dress: Alice looks good dressed up as her friend. And apparently you get more shrink flowers with this on, yay.
-->Checkmate Dress: I personally think this looks pretty damn awesome. And DOUBLE DAMAGE? Hell yes.
-->Hattress Dress: Makes you lose teeth instead of health and I WANT THIS. Not just in the game, either. I want this in REAL LIFE. Clockwork arm and all. It is AWESOME.
As for the weapons, we only see Octogrinder (increases your ammo, great for Deluded Depths!) and the Vorpal Cleaver (halves damage taken, but I still prefer the elegant look of the blade). The DLC Hobby Horse apparently heals you with each hit (I approve), and the teapot cannon increases your damage to enemies by 50%. Must find a way to get these packs.
