Knocked Off Another One!
May. 9th, 2012 11:44 pmWrote my last Drabbles88 earlier today! It'll probably be a bit before you get to see it, though -- needs a little editing. I think I got a bit too verbose.
-D: Great Scott. Suddenly you're finishing things all over the place.-
Indeed! It's a good feeling.
In other news, had my Fantasy Lit final today. I think I did pretty well, especially considering the first question was all about "why do you think 'Alice in Wonderland' has retained its popularity so well, and back up your assertions with examples." Gladly! :D This just leaves my World Lit final, which is apparently going to be just like the midterm, so I expect no problems. (Plus I believe I have bonus points from getting the only perfect score on said midterm. . .) The only trouble with that is that it starts at 8:30 AM this Friday. D:
-M2: Yikes. You even remember how to get up that early to catch the bus?-
Actually, Dad's being nice and giving me a ride up in the morning. And then I'm going to spending the rest of the day at Providence Place, since if I'm getting up that early I'm going to make the most of it.
-VD2: Fair enough. I assume you sold back your books for spending money?-
What I could get -- which was 40 bucks for most of my English stuff. They wouldn't take back my biology or math books. And I'm kind of pissed off about the math one, because I NEVER USED IT. It's still in brand-new condition. But nope, I get a "do not want" on it. >.< I also got told to keep my Tom Holt book, but I like "Expecting Someone Taller," so I don't mind keeping that one. Still, would have been nice to get a bit more. . . *sigh*
Anyway! I should get off a bit early -- I'm going to have to go to bed REALLY early tomorrow, so I don't want to sleep the morning away. Better to keep myself semi-used to it. (Especially since I do need to search out some form of employment this summer. . .) Besides, I also have errands to run -- topping off my cell, for one thing, and getting some extra cash out of the bank. As it is, good night!
