Weird-Ass First of July

As in the weather -- started off sunny and kind of muggy. Then, while I was taking a short walk (since I'm almost over this stupid cold), I saw it start to get all cloudy. Just as I was getting back to the house, thunder started rolling.

And then, we had the on-again, off-again thunderstorm.

Basically, what happened is that it would rain for a little while, then stop, then rain again, then POUR, then the sun would come out while the rain was still sheeting down, then the rain would stop again and the thunder clear up for a while, then it would come back for a bit, then it finally stopped. Rather annoying, I must say. Still, gave me a perfect opportunity to get my legs shaved. And at least it held off until after I'd gotten in my exercise.
