Happy 27th, BTTF!
Jul. 3rd, 2012 10:04 pmWatched my Blu-Ray of Part I to honor the occasion -- and I checked out the "storyboard to movie" comparison feature. It only pops up like four times (both scenes in the parking lot, the skateboard chase, and the whole clock tower climax), but it was interesting nonetheless. I gotta say, though -- they had some UGLY character designs in the storyboards. Doc not looking like Doc in the clock tower sequence I can forgive, since that was obviously done before Chris Lloyd was cast. But in the parking lot sequences -- well, Doc looked like an old lady.

I'm sorry, it's just the way they drew your hair! Still, it was interesting to see, and it was nice watching the movie again. Especially on pretty Blu-Ray. :D
I also celebrated the day via BTTF-themed Secundus drabbles:

88) Author's Choice: author
I think you can guess the reason I chose the numbers I did. :p
Anyway, decent anniversary of BTTF today -- we managed to avoid thunderstorms, and I dusted off and rearranged the BTTF minimates shelf. I desperately need more room for all my toys. (And now they're coming out with the new Alice figures this August, ahhhh) Now, to see if there's any new fanart on devART.
