Nice Weather Today
Nov. 23rd, 2012 11:41 pmGot out for a good long walk. Supposed to get cold tomorrow, so I'm glad I did.
Not too much to say about today, been pretty quiet. Just one of those days where you hang around and chill out. Usual post-Thanksgiving stuff. Though I did catch myself having some thoughts about a weird multicrossover involving BTTF, Corpse Bride, the Alice games, and A Christmas Carol. I believe I mentioned last year that Edna Strickland might make a good Scrooge? XD I've filled out the potential cast list a bit more:
Ebeneezer Scrooge: Edna Strickland
Bob Cratchit: Victor Van Dort
Jacob Marley: Dr. Angus Bumby
Mrs. Cratchit: Alice Liddell
Various small Cratchits: Various versions of Victor and Alice's kids
Fred the nephew: Biff Tannen
Ghost of Christmas Past: Teenage Doc with his flying car
Ghost of Christmas Present: Marty McFly
Not a full list yet by any means, but it could be something fun. Maybe I'd do snippets of the story for Christmas fic this year.
Speaking of fic, NaNo!
NaNo Progress: 46,285/50,000
I've nearly killed the Jabberwock, so I do believe its death and Victoria's happy reunion with Sir Christopher will finish out the wordcount this year. We'll see what to do about the remaining chapters later, because I really do want to get back to the Forgotten Vows Verse. As it is, right now I'm sure I've got stuff waiting for me on tumblr, so see ya!
