And as befits a day where I start the update at EXACTLY 10:04, I watched the movie over lunch. :) Felt good to see it again, even if, thanks to the way I do things, I always end up watching the trilogy backward. XD My only complaint was the sound going weirdly soft at times, but I'm not sure if that's an issue with my Blu-Rays or our TV. . . *shrug* It was perfectly watchable and fun as always, so I'm not going to complain. I should do a Doc and Marty-themed post on Butterfly Boy's account sometime this weekend in honor of BTTF III week. :) Also, proof of how much I like the new Sims 4 CAS -- I kept looking at Doc and Marty's faces to see how to model them more effectively in that. :P Sadly didn't get a chance to put it into practice today. . .then again, like I said, I'm using the Telltale models for ease of modeling. It's no big really.
Anyway, pretty nice day overall. I took a walk this morning (doing another post office run for dad), looked for a job (threw my hat into the ring for some stuff), and wrote some on the Blu-Ray edition of Chapter 7 of "Forgetting You" (largely struggling with how one section should start -- it's TOUGH covering some of the gameplay elements in a story! Some stuff just doesn't make sense narratively -- which, granted, it's Alice in Wonderland, but still). But you lot are really here for the games update, aren't you:
-->DragonVale: Sapphire's in the nursery, and I'm gonna be trying for the Orchid for a bit so I can sweep the "Elemental" category in the Dragonarium. Still working my way up to the full Tenth Island price (summoning cost plus clearing cost).
-->Hearthstone: A couple of rounds with my Garrosh -- beaten both times. What's annoying is that I had a perfect situation to give a bunch of low-cost minions charge in the second match -- but the card that would have turned them into killing machines never made an appearance. *grump* And it's one of the first cards I got in the first match too. Grrr. Ah well, tomorrow's another day.
-->Spellfall: I am once again facing absurdly hard enemies blocking my path from actually clearing one of my recaptured areas. Poor Eric keeps getting his ass kicked by Level 17 enemies with tons of health and high attack. I got a new rune that makes enemies temporarily weak to Fire damage, but I'm not sure how useful it really is. . .maybe I should put my Water resist back on instead. We'll see. I am almost done with the Ironworks -- we get to fight the mad scientist behind it all! Fun times, fun times. . .
Anyway, I'm being flooded with RP replies, so I gotta get back to that. G'night all!
