I Cannot Be Trusted On Weekends
Dec. 21st, 2014 10:32 pmSomehow I always end up doing something that completely distracts me from everything else that needs to be done. At least today it was something that involved writing, though it would have been better if it had been writing on "In The Land of the Dead. . ." Still, at least I can claim some minor productivity. I'm also pretty much caught up with everything I wanted to be caught up with, barring one No More Heroes set -- but I've got what basically amounts to a vacation coming up, so I can save that for a day or two.
Nevertheless, I'm putting my foot down on myself -- tomorrow during my lunchbreak, I draft out Victor and Alice's wedding, and tomorrow evening, after cookie baking (Mom and I are making a batch for me to take in for my coworkers), I'm putting up the damn reception thread in the Nexus. Yes, fine, I admit that my main RP focus is on tumblr these days, but I HAVE to at least get this damn pair married. They were my first Valice pair -- they deserve at least that much.
As might be expected, I don't have much else to report -- just a lot of messing around on the web and in LibreOffice, and then a rush at the end to do something with my life. Just finishing up tumblr queues now before I hit the sheets. Two days of work, and then five whole days off, including Christmas and my birthday. . . I just hope I can keep myself from lazing around TOO much! Though I do want to fit in some video game time. . . We'll see what happens. In the meantime, g'night!
