Quiet Friday
May. 6th, 2016 11:35 pmAnother kind of dull and gloomy day out there -- I spent my day doing some early cleaning (so I don't have to worry about it on the weekend proper), catching up on a few videos (Linkara, Zero Punctuation, and one set of Helloween/Rufert RE5 Co-Op Fun in the bag!), and getting the two new chapters (well, one extensively edited chapter and one truly new chapter) of "Losing You" up! Here's the links:

You'll notice that the later chapters in the story have disappeared from the first two sites -- this is deliberate, since there's no good way of adding a chapter into the middle of a story on FF.net or AO3. Since I still wanted everything to make sense, I figured it was easier to delete the old stuff and reupload once it was complete. Since this is so short and I'm trying to keep to a "two chapters per update" schedule, it shouldn't take very long.
I also went ahead and did another Portal challenge map -- managed to get down to five portals in Test Chamber 13, yay. Though I looked it up on YouTube afterwards and there's actually a three-portal version you can do if you're patient and very careful with your jumping. Might have to try it, though I'm usually not that skilled. . .
One last thing of note before I go back to doing the RP thing: End of Nebbychan's CinderVictor AU! Warning -- it takes some inspiration from the Grimm Brothers' version, so there's a fair amount of blood and gore. All inflicted on the right people, though, I assure you.
