Mostly CAP Friday

Largely because I wanted to finish up a certain school's data set -- got it done too, yay. So that's out and about -- plus I got the mail in and all that sorted, so hooray, I'm feeling pretty good about how I left work.

Also feeling pretty good about my writing -- managed to pick back up where I left off in "In The Land Of The Dead" (with just a touch of rereading) and got a couple of pages edited. This is looking to be a pretty extensive rewrite so far -- the beats remain the same, but the actual wording is changing a lot. For the better, I hope, but it does mean there'll probably be longer between updates then there was with Remastered "Losing You." On the other hand, I'd rather do it slowly and right, so. . .

Not feeling so good about having gotten my period earlier tonight -- no major clothing damage, happily. And it didn't take long to pull out my warm weather PJs. I just don't like the tiredness and such that usually comes with it. However, given my vacation is in a couple of weeks, better to have it now and not have to worry about it again until the end of June than risk getting it right in the middle of funtimes. And it looks like I'm avoiding cramps this time around, so small mercies.
