Up and Down Tuesday

Down: I had EIGHT FREAKING ASKS sitting in my inbox on my ValiceMultiverse blog this morning

Up: I actually managed to draft them all before work, and there were only two more and an actual thread reply this evening to take care of (and I'd drafted the latter at lunch)

Down: Didn't resolve all the stuff I wanted to resolve at work, and had to fix some new mistakes that I discovered in an e-mail about the capital campaign

Up: It was a relatively quiet day otherwise and I was able to actually get some stuff done, so yay there

Down: Pretty icky, drizzly weather most of the day

Up: Started drying out this afternoon, and my drive home from work was a lot better than yesterday's

Down: My mortgage payment is going up because of increased taxes (part of the payment is to pay those out of escrow)

Up: The Sims 4 is getting a new fashion-related career with what is basically an artist's digital tablet, and actual terrain editing tools! The Sim Supply and Deligracy were thrilled in their reaction videos!

Down: The patch containing these updates has been delayed for further polishing, and the tablet is apparently an unlockable in that career, meaning my Victor Sim can't just buy it

Up: At least they're coming, and James kindly also provided a new room build video for me to watch tonight (the Bigwallet Farm garage, which looks really cool, I have to say)

Down: So many freakin' messages to try and keep up with on tumblr, and I still have to get my inbox emptied

Up: But Chapter 7 of "Fixing You" is DONE, so I'll have an update on that this week! Plus I got my Sims update all queued up, so that's out of my hair.

*looks at the list* I'd say that averaged out pretty well. Time to answer those final two comments and go to bed. Night all!
