Also behind, so let me try and get through this quickly:
-->Bad traffic to work, plus some issues right off the bat with credit card stuff, including some new fuckery with payments -- I am getting SO SICK of that bullshit, I swear. Spent most of the day trying to puzzle that out.
-->Played the beanbag game this afternoon, as the weather remains decent -- after three rounds, my score today was W-W-2, so it’s definitely not work stress that made me play like shit a little while ago XD Mom won the third game -- poor Dad was off today. Ah well, I'm sure he'll destroy us tomorrow.
-->Took a moment to check out the latest Sims 4 news -- next patch is this Thursday, and "Preferences" are officially coming to the game! I am cautiously optimistic about what they can do, but also bracing myself for not being able to play Sims 4 at least on Saturday this weekend. (This is partially why I wanted to double up with Eric this past weekend!) This patch is definitely going to need some investigation mod-wise! At least right now I'm down to just MC Command Center, soo. . .

1. Get in a workout: Check! I got back on the bike and, after a little searching, decided to rewatch Jon’s Fallout 4: Lockdown video! I saw this back when he started his “Season of Fallout 4” last fall – it’s a mini-challenge he did while he was finishing up his big “Fallout 4 Is Better Than You Think” essay. The goal is to go straight from Vault 111 to Sanctuary Hills after the opening – and then stay there, finding the best way to survive and thrive, because your character does not want to deal with the nuclear wasteland. Jon used “Captain Bad Ideas” (high Endurance and Charisma, decent Luck and Agility, horrible everything else) as his subject, showing off how best to cheese the game to allow this situation to work out. I’ve gotten past the point where he’s killed all the bugs in Sanctuary, stripped it down for a ton of wood and steel, used a bed outside the root cellar to save-scum and get a crystal item out of it so he can build a settlement beacon and attract other people to the island (people who can farm, tend shops, and – serve other purposes), and set up some defenses for the place in the form of guard posts (as he doesn’t have the resources for turrets). I remember this being very amusing, so it’ll be good for a couple of days on the bike and treadmill. :)
2. Work some more on the HypnoKink Notes Document: Check – did some more with the timeline, just to hash out when and where everything takes place. So far, in this universe, Victor and Alice meet mid-April of 1876, grow closer over May (with Victor tracking down Mr. Bunny as a birthday present, Victor’s surprise visit to Wonderland, Victor managing to get back to the Land of the Dead and learning about magic, and Alice reuniting with her family after he gets everyone to Oxford) and realize near the end of it they’re in love, have a brief courtship and engagement over June, and get married July 7, as is standard for my verses. So yeah, definitely not the slow-burn the Forgotten Vows Verse was! Feels a bit funny to put this much thought into a very niche kink-verse, but honestly, it’s kinda fun, soooo. . .
3. Keep up with YouTube Subscriptions: Again, an easy check – no Call Me Kevin tonight. Methinks he may be doing uploads every other day for the nonce to make it easier on himself – cool by me. So I tackled the following –
A) The latest Plumbella video – “custom content makes me actually want to play the sims!” Me too, bitch, me too. XD This was basically just “Plumbella goes on a couple of CC sites and downloads literally everything (for a female Sim) before showing it all off in CAS,” but hey, if it makes her happy. . .and there were some interesting finds in there, including a number of nice hairstyles and whatnot. God knows I’ve gone on CC-downloading binges myself – just in my case they’re typically specific-fandom themed (like finding all the Alice content, or the Fallout 4 CC. . .).
B) Then it was time to visit GrayStillPlays and another GTA V stunt board! This one was basically supposed to be like a drunk person designed it, and so most of it was sideways or otherwise off-kilter. This resulted in stuff like Gray having to go over ramps that were on a tilt, upside down, or both at the same time; Gray having to do a TIGHTROPE (in a SMART CAR) on an angle; Gray having to do multiple obstacle dodges and what was basically a simple maze on an EXTREME angle; and Gray having to do the ultimate “stonks” yeet to victory. You know it’s painful when he has to break out the controller IN THE FIRST FEW MINUTES. XD Hell, he said he was DUAL-WIELDING the controller and the keyboard at one point! Now THAT’S skill!
C) And a quick bonus video of the Irish Lads yelling at Kevin for various reasons (they need his help, they need him to stop being a troll, they need him to take this game seriously damn it) for two minutes. XD He deserves it every time, I promise you!
4. Get my tumblr queues sorted: Check, a bit at the last minute – but tomorrow’s Newcrest Adventures update and a Thursday post are in the queue for VictorLuvsAlice, and an ask and a thread reply for Valice Multiverse!
