crossover_chick | Subway -- Eat Fresh

As Mom and Dad went to see "War of the Worlds" this afternoon (said it was great, BTW), that's what I had for supper tonight. Our local CVS actually has a small subway restaurant built right in. I got a Chicken Teryaki sandwich, Baked Lays, and Barq's Rootbeer (which I kinda regret -- I'm used to diet colas, not regular ones). It's been a while since I had Subway -- I enjoyed it.

Actually, I think you would, if only for the fact that you were both intended to be minor characters, and you both have interesting histories. Gypsy started life as a very minor in-joke character (in the VDCs no less -- you can spot her with Dr. John Conner when the McFlys discover Doc's alive), you started out as Doc's niece.

As a blond too, and nowhere near as Gothy. I'm not quite sure how you evolved into your current form, but the catalyst was "Definition of a Friend." You were only supposed to appear in that, but I figured a childhood friend of Doc's should appear in "Teen Doc." And then, when I put you in my Sims game. . .

Yes, although you were far more established as Doc's sister.
-TD: What's the Gypsy story?-
"Reno Runaway" (working title) -- basically the two main couples, Doc and Gypsy and Marty and Jennifer -- get married.

In Sims land, Arazel and John Morte have gotten new living quarters:

I've deliberately put all the important influences in Doc's life except for Gypsy and Emily on the other side of the river in Twin Oaks. I kinda want Gypsy and Doc's relationship to have a "wrong side of the tracks" feel.

Heh. As it stands -- The Wooster/Childs (I didn't feel like making separate families for them), Von Brauns/Shaws, Patrickson, Von Nostrands, Mathews, Robinsons are on one side of the river. The Von Brauns/Handlen, McFlys, Parkers, Mortes are on the other side. Sorta separating Doc's later life from his earlier one.
