Yes, I played Sims today. A half-hour's worth, which is SHOCKING for me. I did manage to get through one full day of Von Braun/Handlen. Emmett got to rock out, and Holly got to dance to it:

Emmett is now friends with Gypsy -- Holly actually need not ever make another friend if she doesn't wish, simply because Doc's befriending of Marty and Jennifer will bring their friend total up to 14, which is one above her total to reach the top tier of Paranormal, Cult Leader.
-H: Well, that's kinda weird. Although a bit true to life -- I was bubbly, but I was pretty much a fellow outcast at school.-
*patpat* Well, here in Twin Oaks Park, you have plenty of friends -- you'll be befriending Marty, Jennifer, and Gypsy as well.
-E: What about me?-
You can be friendly with them, but I'm honestly focusing more on Emmett and Holly -- and Emmett the most. It is his LiveJournal, after all.
-TD: *beam*-
Anyway, Holly also made police psychic, and no longer has to work until midnight, thank God. And Emmett has his Biotech station, so if I need something for them to do, I'll have them make medicine.

-OD: *tentacles chitter, pleased* Gonna start work on a drawing now?-
Just gotta submit some drawings to the devART Back To The Future club. I've also technically "finished" "Eight Arms" -- at least in written notebook form. I'm up to Chapter Seven in typed form. It appears that it'll be about 11/12 chapters, with a short epilogue at the end.
-VD: So about the average length of one of my fics.-
Chapterwise. Pagewise -- it resembles either "Fight The Future," longest VDC to date, or "World of Darkness."
-VD2: O.o-
-VM: He's catching up to us?-
I'm on page 45 at the moment, and the chapters do have some length to them.
-VuM: That's -- cool.-
I doubt it'll be as long, but I'm sure it'll be one of my longer fics.

Now to finish my advertising, type a little more, start drawing, and head to bed.
