-TD: It's cold here-
Sep. 25th, 2005 10:34 pmIt's not that cold.
-TD: It's cold compared to what we're used to!-
-H: Yeah, we're summertime muses.-
-M: Trust me, this isn't that cold.-
-D: He's right -- it's not cold until it snows.-
-E: Which will be--?-
-VD: In October, most likely.-
-TD,H,E: O.O WHAT?!-
He's joking!
I hope.
-TD: What kind of crazy weather do you have around here?!-
Shitastic weather. We have very little summer, and almost endless winter. Forget spring or fall.
-H: *grumblemutter*-
Would it make you feel better if I told you that your Sims are doing good?
-VD2: I thought you played Hill Valley today.-
I did, sorta. I created the Hill Valley downtown (Pleasantview terrain) and set the places for the lots. I also created a mini-house on the smallest lot you can buy -- I wanted to see how much space you got on it. It wasn't too bad, but the house is definitely designed for a single occupant. I'm thinking of having Dave and/or Linda live down there eventually.
-M2: Sounds about right to me.-
-VM: Me too -- though I think for different reasons.-
Heh. Well, here's a preliminary pic of the place.

The three big lots will be various courthouses (1885, 1955, and 2015 -- the 1985 one exists in the actual neighborhood). The smaller lot will be Lou's Diner. I'll also do the Cafe 80s and some other places -- not sure what, yet.
-VuM: Sounds cool.-
-AJ: So what about Emmett Von Braun and Holly Handlen?-
Well, Emmett sold a batch of medicine for 84 dollars, then Holly got a chance card. She was trying to exorcise a spirit from a young girl -- but the spirit turned out to be this mega-evil dark force trying to take over the whole family. My options -- take it on by herself, or call for backup. I called for backup, and two other Exorcists came to help Holly. They exorcised the spirit, and Holly's boss gave her a 30,000 dollar bonus for coolheadness under fire.
-H: Woo-hoo! Sounds great!-
Yeah, it was. I dare say you're catching up to the Von Braun/Shaws, and they're the richest family in town.
-E: Why were you playing them, though?-
Slight paranoia over a possible bug -- Holly not coming home from work in the car. She and car arrived home safely, though. :) I also had to check on Jill Wooster. Her Turn-Ons were Fitness and Red Hair, and her Turn-Off Blond Hair. I altered them so her Turn-Ons were Fatness and Blond Hair, her Turn-Off -- don't remember, something like Stink.
-TD: Fatness?-
Donald Patrickson is on the plump side.
-TD: *scowl* Oh.-
*patpat* Remember the cow plant, kid.
In story news, Chapter 8 of "Eight Arms to Hold You" is up, and I've sent out Chapter 9 and the first chapter of "Reality Check 2: Double Trouble" for betaing. Yeah for progress!
-OD: Great! Now how about a bit more drawing progress?-
Heh, soon, soon. . . .
