crossover_chick: gif with Doc and Marty trying to get out of being written into twisted AUs (In a sarcastic mood)

October 21st, 2015: Doc, Marty, and Jennifer all arrive in the future, Doc having taken them there to help fix a situation with their kids. After nearly running into a flying taxicab, Marty explains to Jennifer that they're in a time machine and that they're 30 years in the future. Jennifer promptly starts interrogating Doc about her and Marty's future life -- Doc's response is to use an "sleep-inducing alpha-rhythm generator" to knock her out. Doc lands the DeLorean in an alleyway, and after the rain stops (right on the tick), shows off his new rejuvenation to Marty. Marty is of course curious about the future, but Doc stops him from leaving the alleyway right away, instead telling him to dress in some future clothes. After checking up on what appears to be a second "Marty," Doc returns, helps Marty with his jacket, and explains his mission -- he is to take the place of his future son and keep him from participating with Biff's grandson Griff Tannen in a robbery. In the current timeline, Marty Jr would be arrested and sent to jail for 10 years for this robbery -- and then Marty's daughter would try to break him out and be sent to jail for 20 years! Doc also takes Jennifer out of the car and leaves her in the alley so she won't interfere with him intercepting Marty Jr. Doc warns Marty not to, basically, DO anything except that which pertains to his mission, and leaves him to head over to the Cafe 80s.
Marty does a little exploring first, of course, encountering flying cars, a holographic fake Jaws (for the new "Jaws 19" movie), and the Blast From The Past antiques store. He eventually makes his way into the Cafe 80s, and while ordering a Pepsi he can't open, is met by the older Biff. Older Biff, mistaking him for Marty Jr, informs him that he, Marty Sr, has completely ruined his life -- but before he provides details, Griff shows up and demands that he redo the wax job on his car. Marty Jr also shows up mysterious, forcing Marty to take refuge behind the counter. Griff and his gang menace Marty Jr (who is basically George55 in Marty's skin) and try to bully him into going along -- Marty Jr is eventually thrown behind the counters, allowing Marty to take his place and say no. Unfortunately, Griff and his gang tease him for being chicken, and Marty loses his rather volatile temper (the first glimpse of the new "chicken complex" he's developed -- maybe seeing how nerdy his father was made him a bit too determined not to repeat the past). A chase on hoverboards ensues, with Marty grabbing his pink one from a little girl. Marty almost manages to outrun them, but stalls out on the lake above the new Courthouse Mall park. However, he is able to dodge Griff and his "Pitbull" hoverboard by jumping in, sending Griff and his comrades into the Clock Tower mall. After a dry courtesy of his jacket, Marty tries to return the hoverboard -- the girl tells him to keep it. "I got a Pitbull now!"
After that adventure, Marty is approached by Terry, asking him to donate for the Clock Tower. Marty refuses, but Terry dogs his steps until they both notice an electronic "billboard" announcing the Cubs have won the World Series. Terry mentions he wishes he could go back to the beginning of the season and bet on them. A lightbulb clicks on in Marty's head, and it's back to Blast From The Past to pick up something he saw before -- a Sports Almanac with all the scores to the end of the century.
Doc returns, having changed clothes (presumably for the return trip to 1985) and is stunned to see the mess Marty caused. Marty explains, and Doc realizes it was kinda his fault -- the sleep inducer didn't have enough power to knock out Marty Jr properly after he used it on Jennifer. However, all is well -- Doc's future newspaper detailing the robbery has changed to reflect Griff and gang going to jail for wrecking the courthouse. Satisfied their mission has succeeded, Doc and Marty prepare to pick up Jennifer and go home -- but then, Marty's Sports Almanac slips out of its bag. Doc spots it and lectures Marty about betting with future knowledge, saying he invented the time machine learn more about humanity and the world. He goes to throw away the Almanac -- and spots two police officers with Jennifer! He and Marty spy on the scene and discover the police women think Jennifer is her older self and plan to take her home. Doc and Marty make plans to follow and get her out of there, hopefully without her seeing her older self, which could lead to a major paradox. Doc leaves the Almanac on top of a nearby trash can.
Bad move. Older Biff has heard it all (having hidden) and decides to use the knowledge to his best advantage. He grabs the Almanac and follows Doc and Marty in a taxi.
Jennifer, meanwhile, has revived at her future house, having been taken their by officers Reese and Foley. Doing a little exploring, she discovers she and Marty wed at the Chapel o'Love -- uh-oh. She retreats into a closet when the doorbell rings, and witnesses her daughter Marlene (who also looks a damn sight like Marty) greet Lorraine and George. Lorraine complains about Marty, saying that once he got into that automobile accident with the Rolls Royce (which hasn't happened yet), his life just went down the tubes -- he was sued by the owner of the Rolls and gave up on his music. Lorraine suspects Jennifer married this Marty out of pity. Jennifer has a close call with being seen by Marty Jr (luckily he doesn't get a good look at her) and ends up in the bathroom as Marty Sr comes home. The family ends up eating pizza in the dining room, leaving Jennifer stranded.
Outside, Doc and Marty arrive in Hilldale. Doc tells Marty to stay with the DeLorean and change while he and Einy go off to find Jennifer. Marty changes, but wanders away from the DeLorean to check out his future neighborhood, which he thinks is amazing (it's really a dump). Older Biff sees his opportunity and steals the car.
Inside, Jennifer eavesdrops on the future McFlys. Marty gets a call from his "friend" Needles from work, which he takes in the den. Needles offers Marty a chance to get in on some sort of deal -- Marty's reluctant, as the deal, whatever it is, is illegal. Needles calls Marty chicken, Marty explodes and goes through with the deal. Almost immediately afterward, Marty's boss appears and fires Marty, causing faxes to spit out the message around the house. Jennifer snags one and puts it in her pocket as Doc arrives and tells her how to get out the front door. Jennifer almost makes it -- unfortunately, her older self chooses this moment to arrive home. Older and Younger Jennifer both faint, and Doc is forced to quickly drag Younger Jennifer out of the house and get Marty's assistance. Unnoticed by the boys, Biff returns, minus Sports Almanac but in a lot of pain. He leaves the car, snapping his cane in half and leaving the top part in the car. It's assumed he dies soon afterwards -- or is erased from existence. Doc and Marty load Jennifer into the car and leave, Doc vowing to destroy the time machine and concentrate on the "other great mystery of the universe -- women." However, what neither of them know is that they're not leaving their own 2015 -- they're leaving an alternate one. And things are quite different now at home. . . .
