~~1) Pick up Mom and Dad's presents.~~ Wrapped and under the tree!
2) Post "Spirit of the Season." Multi-chapter idea scrapped in favor of dialogue backstory. I'll be posting it tomorrow in honor of the winter solistice.
3) Post a holiday picture -- if possible, "Happy Diverse Holidays." I've gotten the dialogue and Christmas Doc inked in. If I can't get the entire picture ready on time, I have him to post at least.
4) Let Emmett Von Braun host a little Holiday bash on December 24th. Again, no Sims, but I've finalized a guest list -- Emily will stop by earlier, then Marty, Jennifer, Gypsy, and John will attend the party.
5) Decorate the Sim Muse House to show you sort of what we did with the real one. Downloaded all the decorations off Sims2.com, plus one from another site. Will be doing the decorating tomorrow.

Thanks. Although shopping for Mom and Dad's gifts was rather annoying. Mom had us going all over the country to get fabric for some other gifts she was making, then two of the stores we looked at didn't have the shoes we wanted to buy her (we got lucky at the last one) and only one of Dad's books came in -- basically, what I thought would be a quick jaunt turned into an all-afternoon trip.
-VM: Hey, at least it's over and done with, right?-
Right. Mom and Dad have their gifts. That's what matters.

-M: So, what exactly are we doing for Christmas?-
Well, the Doc's Girlfriends will be dropping by of course, and you're all welcome to go and visit your families/home dimensions if you wish--
-TD: Er, no thanks.-
And if you have a guest you want to invite over for a little while, you can. Basically I want the atmosphere to be nice and festive.
-VD2: Well, if that's the case, I'd like to invite my counterpart from my home dimension over to see what we've done with the place.-
-OD: And I'd actually like to meet your "BTTX" Doc Brown. *tentacles nodnod*-
-D: As long as we're inviting other Docs, I'd like to meet my Trilogy self.-
I'm always open to having more Docs around! Especially Trilogy and Lightning/X-Doc. Those two are the next two I think of after you six.
-J: This place is going to get awfully crowded come Christmas.-
Good point. Please make sure to space out the visits a bit so we're not overwhelmed.
-VD: *nodnod* Naturally.-
-DW: Plot bunnies have gone a bit quiet suddenly. Should I be worried?-
Nah, I'm just concentrating on stuff like "Spirit of the Season." I've still got Girl Genius drabbles to write. They'll be back. *DocWolf nods, content, and starts building more traps*

Aunts and cousins coming over tomorrow, meaning early gift-giving and cookies. :D I also want to pick up some candy canes to give out at work -- hey, might as well be nice, right?
-M2: You get any "it's supposed to be Merry Christmas" idiots yet?-
No -- then again, I haven't been saying "Happy Holidays." We'll see what happens on the 23rd, that's when I'll kick in the Holiday greeting. Who dares me to give them TeenDoc's line about "Feast of St. Vidicon de Cathode" (since I doubt THEY'LL know it's in February)?
