Happy Groundhog Day
Feb. 2nd, 2006 10:45 pmIt was cloudy this morning, but then it got kinda nice out -- I guess Phil didn't see his shadow. :p
-D: I'm hoping not. I want the winter to end, damn it.-
I would say so too, but summer in the dry cleaners is brutal. *makes plans to start up a milkshake fund for the summer months*
-VD: I prefer heat to cold. I'm sure we can repurpose the hot chocolate machine to make milkshakes.-
-TD: *nodnod* That would be easy. And I've been thinking about some improvements for the Jacoolzi. . . .-
:) Hey, have at it.
"Goggles" is almost done -- I'm doing final colors now. I should have it up by tomorrow.
-OD: And then on to a Valentine picture, right?-
Bingo. I want to get at least "Dingbots in Love" up.
-VD2: I just wish you hadn't sacrificed a day of "Dusky Past" to do it.-
Aww, sorry VampDoc2. I'll make it up to you over the weekend, I promise.
-VM: Heh, yeah, we figured you would.-
:p I got some done on "Boy Genius" though -- coming up on meeting Elias and closing out chapter two. Also some bits and pieces editing on "V.D."
-M2: Come on, get moving on that.-
It's the longer hours at work -- my mind's beginning to melt. Although on the plus side, we're getting through this week's order's fast, so maybe I'll have a bit more free time tomorrow.
-DW: Here's hoping -- though that was an interesting little bunny about a device that slides the clothes down for you. . . .-
LoL, yeah. Work does inspire thoughts of invention, espeically considering how often our darn machine breaks down.
-TD: I'd take a look at it for you.-
No thanks -- I doubt my boss would appreciate any improvements you'd make to it. And before you say anything, we all know you'd try to improve it.
-TD: . . . ^^;-
-H: It's just part of his nature. You can't begrudge him that.-
I only begrudge it when it comes into conflict with me getting my paycheck.
-OD: Yes, the almighty dollar.-
Hey, it pays the bills around here. And I just got a raise too. *wonders what this week's paycheck will look like*
Random link of coolness I found from
kajafoglio: iWatch?
-M: I think I know what I'm getting you for your birthday next year, Doc.-
-J: That is pretty neat.-
-D: And it even tells time! Amazing. . . .-
LoL, yeah, thought you'd like that.
