foxywriter's site (wanted to see the "it's a movie" reality again, as I'd just finished my own "Reality Check 2: Double Trouble") so I started Simming late, and I decided earlier that I wanted to do Holly's house on her birthday.
-H: Aww, thanks.-
Not a problem. So to keep things simple, I played Ariana Roase. She actually was awake near when I'd have her be awake anyway -- she spent her morning playing darts and eating chips to get her mood up for work.
Then it was off to the convience store. She got a bad chance card while she was there -- she accidentally broke a soda machine, and had the choice of repairing it with duct tape or chewing gum. Going with the less disgusting choice proved to be the WRONG choice -- she made a mess of things, allowing a bunch of teenagers to steal from her. Naturally, she was docked a day's pay. However, she came home with a promotion to Record Store Clerk, so it all evened out.
-J: Yay for her then.-
Once she got home, I decided to chance a community lot and sent her straight out to P.U.R.E. Not a bad place to spend a few hours, I thought.
Ariana wanted to roast a marshmallow over the fire decorations -- I obliged.
Then it was time to do a Smustle!
She eventually stopped to talk to a townie (she's going to need more friends for her job soon), but not before causing a smustling mania around herself. LoL, silly Sims.
Doesn't it look like that townie is going for Ariana's throat in this picture?

After escaping the smustlers, Ariana went inside for a drink from the bar.
Only to have some random old townie steal it from her! Ariana promptly threw a drink in the old lady's face. "I paid good money for that!"
-J2: Where'd she get the drink to splash the townie with?-
Who knows. Sims have extradimensional pockets.
Ariana finally got her drink as night fell. She happily imbibed while chatting it up with her new bar buddies.
Then I got these pictures. This guy named Addison walked up to join the conversation, and ended up standing a little too close to Ariana.
Doesn't it look like he's grabbed her arm and may be heading for her boob? Ariana is predictably not amused.
Luckily, Addison eventually walked away, leaving Ariana to hit the bathroom and head home.
After a shower, I sent Ariana to the mirror. She's changed her appearance slightly -- new lipstick, and I added one of the watches I got from All About Style! Looks pretty good, honestly.
Then it was time to practice Charisma -- she wanted a skill point, and Charisma was important to her next promotion.
After getting the point, she ate and prepared to go to bed -- but then I got an idea. Ariana wanted to go swimming, and she had a little disposable income -- why not give her a small pool? So as night fell, that's just what I did.
And so Ariana ended her day on a nice, relaxing swim. :) Pools, gotta love them.
-VuM: We'll agree with that!-
And now, I'd best get back to my fan fiction. Want to get a page done of "BTTX-2" before it changes over to midnight and I go see which of my comics have updated.
-M: You really are lucky, getting a four-day weekend, you know that?-
