I'm Working on "V.D" Revisions Right Now
Aug. 14th, 2006 10:04 pmAnd I got some "Boy Genius" revisons done earlier too.
-TD: Give me at least a half-page of written too, please?-
Can do, can do.
-VD2: And the rest of us might settle -- for the moment -- for a new drabbles88.-
Heh. Well, I'll see if any of them spark any muse-related ideas in me. I have an idea for Shattered, but it's RPG-related.
-D: Why are we not surprised.-
-DW: Though we will give you that it makes sense, given the current direction of the game.-
-VD: How are things with that, by the way?-
Getting dark. Lorraine and George have gone bloodthirsty -- they've murdered four WADOTAT agents at Clayton Ravine, trying to save Marty.
-M: *blinkblink* Run that by me again?-
Kath loves that machete a little too much. She and Kev are basically having Lorraine and George kill people, then make out. Aaron has suggested that the machete might be possessed by Jason's spirit.
-VM: Holy shit.-
I know. The murders are for a good cause -- they're trying to prevent Marty's death at Clayton Ravine, which would lead to Doc getting locked up and WADOTAT, with its leader -- Biff Tannen Jr -- ruling the world. Not fun. Doc and Marty are currently in the future at Future George and Lorraine's finding all this out while they look for a way to upgrade the DeLorean. Jennifer's at home, after a final meeting with Mystery Helpful Man (who kissed her -- another point in favor of some version of Marty), and George55 just met up with his "density," Lorraine Baines.
-MF: . . . Okay, this RPG is making both the "Marty's Sparky/Mad" plotbunnies AND Twin Oaks Park look NORMAL.-
I think it's still an "either" situation, but we'll see how it goes. Just wonder where Shandy is, he's missing out on all of the big revelations.
-OD: People do have lives, you know.-
*evilgrin*
-OD: *tentacles chatter* I know, I know, GIVE her an excuse for not writing. . . .-
I'm just teasing you. :p
As prophesised, some brief Eureka simming today. Basically, I set up the main neighborhood. Put in a bunch of empty lots and a few prebuilt things. Also put in some nice decorations, and started the neighborhood story. Next session will be to create some lots for Mad Hill Valley downtown and Trans Poly U. I also want to make a college-age Doc Brown for this neighborhood to live Downtown, being a secluded Spark.
-VD: *surprised* No Marty?-
Yes Marty, but what would you prefer? A brother/roommate Marty at college, or some construct toddler I make and add to the adoption pool?
-VD2: Toddler!-
-D: I like the brother option myself!-
Martys, what do you think?
-M: Give us some time to talk it over with the rest of the muses.-
-VuM: Yeah, it's a bit of a weird decision.-
Fair enough, I'm certainly in no hurry.
-M2: *waving at readers* Comments from you guys are also welcome.-
Anyway, pictures of Eureka:

The Villager section. This is where I dumped most of the empty lots, along with the micro-mall that comes with OFB and some other community lots. This is where I'll start off my villager families. I'm thinking of two at the moment.

The Construct section. I figured the Villagers wouldn't want to live around Constructs, so I put another bunch of empty lots over here. There's also a few scattered premade houses.

The Mad Scientist's lot and a pretty rainbow. Also an few empty community lots. In addition to the micro mall and small cafe, I'll be adding two groceries, a gym, and a clothing store.

Flying Pig! :D Just a random special neighborhood decoration that occasionally pops up.
-VD: You seem to be having fun with this.-
I am! I like Emma Heterobach already. I'll be great to finally get in there and play. I'm thinking of making her a nice, well-rounded math major, whatcha think?
-D: Sounds good to us. Now get some more writing done.-
Off I go!
