Two of them didn't show up today, forcing my boss to call me in early. I ended up working from 10:30 to 6. I know most of you are thinking "Yeah, big deal," but it is to me. I don't like having my schedule changed like that. Let's leave it at that before I start swearing like a sailor.
[livejournal.com profile] eurekasims update, for anyone who gives a damn. I've decided the next round of updates is Downtown Week -- all the families will be visiting Mad Hill Valley in some form. Remind me to start building Lou's Cafe.
Not much else to say. Let's end on a funny picture I snapped at Melody and Clayton's house. You see, Mell and Clay live at the top of a rather large, steep hill. Now, I've often wondered about Sims and cars leaving at the edge of this hill. Sims just disappear as usual at the sidewalk, but today, I finally noticed a car doing its thing:

Now I want to move somebody into the "staircase road" lot and see what happens there. :p
Right now, though, there's some "Girl Genius" to read, and a certain "American McGee's Alice" runthrough I want to watch. And yes, fellow BTTF fans, I did catch the Doc Brown DirectTV segment. :) Good stuff. (And what I saw of the game wasn't bad either -- great opening touchdown!)

LOL!

I have Sims who live on a steep hill and the cars do that too. The school bus is even more amusing. It's also weird for my Sims that live at the end of a street, the car drives off onto the grass.

In other news, sorry to hear about you work! That sucks ass! Did your co-workers have an excuse or did they just not bother to show up. Man, I'd get in so much trouble for that...

Anywho, glad you enjoyed playing Sims 2 and saw Doc Brown on TV :O)
