crossover_chick | Off The Hook, So To Speak

The muses are all in the living room, attempting to learn how to dance the Lobster Quadrille from HatterDoc and Clara Alice. They're having their own sort of mini-Valentine's Dance in there. Me? I'm set -- had triple-chocolate cheescake for dessert and a nice box of YooHoo to chase it down (courtsey of my aunt, uncle, and cousin).

But it would just figure that I actually HAVE updates now that they're not around, wouldn't it? We have a very romantic

revison_doc update -- I sent April and Dave on a date, and decided, on the spur of the moment, to get them engaged. Linda also had Nery over, which was nice.

And I have not only my Valentine's Day picture, but a drabbles88 to go with it. A true drabble, no less:

49. She
She looked so beautiful sitting there, against the backdrop of bright pink cloth and golden wood. Her tightly-curled brown hair, lying loose across her back today; her peach skin, with just a hint of pink in the cheeks; her big hazel eyes, gazing warmly at him across their cups of tea. He hoped he looked half as good in his chair. He wanted to look good for her. His beloved Clara Alice Clayton.
Was it just his imagination that made the swirls of steam above their teacups into a heart, or was it reality? In Wonderland, you could never tell.

:D Sappy, yes, but I like sap for my fictional couples. But I have to say -- Clara's hair? Evil. How exactly do you draw frizz? (Actually, her hair might make good Hermione hair, if it was puffier.)
