Dad: *picks up* We went grocery shopping, Wal-Mart, you know.
Me: *nodnod, still FUMING over day*
Dad: Oh, BTW, we got your movie.
Me: o.O Movie, what mov -- *abruptly recalls Mom finding me watching one of the few English-language clips of "The Mask" on YouTube* OMG "The Mask?!"
Dad: Yup, 8 bucks.
Me: YAYZ!
Dinner: *is chicken and pasta*
Me: *checks e-mail, does the usual, then pops DVD in*
DVD: I live, with DVD-ROM features!
Me: O.o How do I get to the regular old menu?
DVD: Click "Play Movie."
Me: *clicks, gets DVD start menu* YAYZ! *watchen*
Sims: *are neglected*
FanFic: *is same*
Muses: *know about me going "grr" earlier and decide it's better to let me decompress*
Me: *decompresses*
So, yeah. This is the week of "not getting much done," it appears.
-RPD: You ARE playing Sims today, right?-
Yeah, probably the Furkin in Academie Le Tour. I'll skip Strangetown this week, since watching that turd "Monster House" last week made me skip Hill Valley. Then hopefully next week I can get back to my normal schedule.
-TD: *resurrection equipment ready to go* What about fan fic?-
Keep it going -- I'm having "Boy Genius" up by Sunday evening, perhaps sooner.
-TD: *beam*-
Might try for Chapter 5 of "Marty In Wonderland" too.
-HD: That would be a feat. You'd better have some jam.-
-VD: How about another Chapter 5 up by the end of next week?-
I know, I know. It's been way too long, I agree. So I guess I'd better get cracking. But first, I have some titles to synopsize:

For his final project in his American History class, Marty's writing a paper on the American Revolution. He decides to take Doc up on his suggestion of going to see the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Doc agrees and brings along Jules and Verne for the history lesson. Once they get there, though, Doc runs afoul of some Redcoats, and it's up to Marty, Jules and Verne to rescue him.

The life story of a certain hat-maker in Hill Valley, Wonderland. Watch as young inventor Emmett Brown learns how to make hats, develops a rather interesting obsession with tea, and meets George the March Hare, Jennifer the Dormouse, Marty the White Rabbit, Queen Biffica of Hearts, and -- most notably -- Clara Alice Clatyon-Carroll. (come on, like that could be anything else)

Vampire Doc, the Sparks and the Harlem GlobeTrotters on Gilligan's Island
Crackfic extraordinaire! Doc, Mysteria, Marty, and Jennifer feel as if they're in need of a big vacation after defeating Biff and his hoarde of soulless vampires. Using his new Temporal Displacement Locator device in the DeLorean, Doc ferries them all to a tropical paradise in the Pacific. Or, what would be a tropical paradise if it wasn't Gilligan's Island, hosting the Harlem GlobeTrotters. As the four Time Trippers attempt to relax despite the TV movie happening around them, three more people and a talking cat arrive -- Agatha Heterodyne, Gilgamesh Wulfenbach, Zeetha, and Krosp I. The young Sparks manage to befriend the Time Trippers, and soon all are working together to get Agatha and company back to their home dimension and to get off that island!
