I've Stopped Twitching

-VD: Bad day at work, then?-
No, though it wasn't the greatest. Busier than I expected -- at least I didn't have to worry overmuch about keeping myself entertained. Pretty typical.
-TD: So why the twitching earlier?-
Didn't you see my last entry?
-TD: *looks* Oh, the tickets! So those went --
*pause*
-D: *slowly* Vic -- did you --
*holds up the printed e-mail* We're going.
WE'RE GOING! *leaps into Doc's arms*
-D: *laughing* We're going! We're going back to Florida!-
-VD2: This is wonderful!-
-Other Docs: *don't get what all the fuss is about*-
-RPD: What's so special about Florida?-
-VD: It's WARM!-
-VD2: Heaven on earth!-
You guys are SUCH wimps about cold weather. *giggle*
-HD: *sips tea* Warm, you say?-
It IS closer to the equator. And we'll get to see BTTF on the big screen! And see CHRISTOPHER LLOYD! Oooh, remind me to change the memory card of my digital camera so I'll have plenty of picture space.
-OD: Are we all set up then?-
Pretty much so -- I just need to transfer enough money into my bank account so we can book the flight.
-TD: When do we leave?-
April 15th -- cheapest day to go out. I'm basically getting a full vacation out of this.
-M2: Are we going to Universal?-
Yeah, though now it's for the Islands of Adventure more than the main park. My favorite rides were Spidey and BTTF, and now that one of those is GONE. . . .
-J2: You know, you could always visit Walt Disney World.-
-VuM: We could show off HatterDoc!-
-HD: *gringrin*-
Yeah, I had that idea myself -- I've never been. But the ticket prices are INSANE. MONDO expensive.
-HD: *pout* Not fair.-
I know, sweetie. But I can't drop my life's savings on this. Maybe another year.
-DW: So, what's the itinerary then?-
I dunno. Visit Universal, probably hit a beach, find fun stuff to do. . . . April 19th's the big thing, of course. :D
-VD2: You'll have to take into account what your parents want to do.-
Correction -- what MOM wants to do. Dad's staying behind.
-Docs: O.o?-
We can't afford to take all three. And I just don't feel comfortable going down alone. Still, should be fun.
-HD: Yes! Some of us have never been to Florida.-
-TD: I'm up for an adventure.-
-RPD: Why not? Though what about your Sims?-
Holy crap, I forgot. Maybe I can ask them to take me up Sunday.
-RPD: *puppy dog eyes* Please?-
