Anyway, today is the aftermath of the famous lightning strike. Marty finds himself stuck in the past yet again, has to convince the young Doc of this fact, and find out where old Doc hid the DeLorean. Luckily, these are all accomplished fairly easily. Hooray for getting even minor breaks.

Took the day off from writing, mostly because I'm not sure what the next project will be quite yet. Read some more "Sourcery" instead. Pratchett, you are the BEST. I'm loving this book. Rincewind is awesome as always, of course.

Something akin to it, anyway. I just -- he's so fricking FUNNY, and yet he still manages to tug on the heartstrings from time to time. :D
NaNo's going well -- Narbonic!Doc is dumping off a load of exposition on his Marty, so yay wordcount. Then we swing by the college to get the Jennifer, then it's off to Changelingverse AND I CAN FINALLY WRITE A VICTOR AND MAYBE GET SOME OF THESE IMPULSES OUT OF MY HEAD!

This is my problem! You people have adopted him, and it's fucking with my brain! Not to mention the Victor/Alice plot bunnies THAT WILL NOT LEAVE.
-DW: At least there's more variety here than with the last flood.-
-MF: Pretty tasty, in fact. Lot of fanmix stuff.-

On that note, the Rift has picked up again! We have a Sirius Black now, and an affable cult leader, and angels gearing up for demon-killing, and other stuff. It's WEIRD.
-VD: Not much for Clockwork to do yet, though.-
Yeah, though I gotta get in touch with Edna's mun about that supersuit stuff I think. Maybe I'll bite the bullet and see about joining a Riftchat tomorrow after work.
Anyway, I got wordcount to get to. Ironic note of the day -- I get my period on the 13th. If it were a Friday, it would be quite appropriate.
