The door to the living room slammed open, and Vic stormed in, grumbling. OckDoc and DocWolf looked up at her, startled. “Vic? What is it?” OckDoc asked cautiously.
“What isn’t it? You want the short version?” Vic hissed. “My boss is an idiot, my customers are pains in the ass, my coworkers keep leaving early, the orders are never done, and to top it all off, the radio’s on the freaking fritz!”
DocWolf whimpered. “. . .I’m starting to understand why there are some many Christmas-themed horror movies.”
“Tis the season!”

Okay, my day wasn't really THAT bad, but it was on the annoying side. I blame the fact I'm leaking blood.
-DW: Also the fact you've been waiting since LAST Christmas to do that joke.-
This is true. Still, annoyance is annoyance is annoyance. Luckily there is Rifftrax and AVGN and Zero Punctuation to make me happy. I still need to track down "Blackadder Christmas Carol" too.

It's referring to the fact Victor got accepted to the Rift.

Sorry, Victor, but you DO fail at ominous. Maybe Rift!Victor can learn.
Anyway, yes, I've finally upgraded to two characters. Working on a few storyline-type things for Victor now. Still trying to figure out where to throw him in, too. ^^;
-RPD: You don't know?-
Well, it's like this. There's any number of locations that can be amusing. Also, I'd kind of like to avoid repeating locations. Clockwork came through Grant Park. Lucy will arrive at the Conrad (being original Riftverse, she'll be coming up to it in a taxi rather than walking through a hole in the fabric of the universe). Alice will arrive in the Cierco construction site, as I've always seen her as a Gauchian. That leaves for Victor:
-->The Kashatta Tower Mostly because Victor's Rift power is basically that he drops dead and manifests as a ghost, so throwing him into a place that already has ghosts. . . . However, that spot is getting rather crowded, ain't it?
-->The Casa Del OT3 Just because it's always amusing when Des, Martha, or the Doctor find a Wanderer. The problem here is how the hell does six-foot-three Victor FIT through that Rift? Not to mention the fireplace grate. . . .
-->Calisto's Warehouse This place doesn't seem to have seen action in a while, so giving it some love might be nice. However, this place is known as a haven of doom for a reason. . . .
Of course, the fact that I'm still not entirely sure on my net situation over Christmas does put a damper on all this.
-VD: How'd your parent's Florida househunt go?-
Horrible. They nearly got scammed bigtime. So Florida's kinda off the list of places to move.
-VD2: *almost singsong* Knew this would happen. . . .-
Of course, Mom just kinda wants out of this house in particular, so we may be moving anyway. It'll just be across the street or something. This still screws up my net access, but. . . .

You know what I really want for Christmas?
FOR US TO MOVE IN JANUARY.

Well, I finally watched Corpse Bride. Ed caught the tail end and didn't like it. I thought it was cute. I'm also officially in love with Scraps. :)
