Start of a new month tomorrow. Hopefully I'll be able to shake off this lazy haze I've been living in and start getting stuff done again. Been slacking off way too much for my own good, methinks.

I DID watch "Clue" again the other day, with the random ending feature selected. Got my favorite out of the three, the "Mrs. Peacock did it all" ending. Also watched "Spider-Man 3" over dinner with the folks. They'd actually forgotten I owned it at all. That shows how long it's been since I watched a superhero movie. I do enjoy SM3, but the people over at HowItShouldHaveEnded pretty much nail all the stupid stuff that happens in it in their cartoon. MJ AND PETER -- CONVERSATION. LEARN IT.

Also, prediction for SM4 (if/when it happens) -- they'll find a way for Willem Dafoe to cameo. I know Harry's dead, which means the Goblin legacy is technically over, but they always seem to have so much fun with him.

And the multiplayer crossover fairy tale idea I had? I'm thinking of making Victoria Everglot a Cinderella. Except there's no stepsisters or stepmother -- her parents were just so shamed by her for something they demoted her to maid. Yes, I'm evil. And willing to do things just because I want to see her wield her fireplace poker again.

In the French version of Cinderella, the evil stepmother didn't like Cinderella because her family was upper-class and Cinderella was a genuine noblewoman, whereas the stepmother and her daughters were just middle-class and upwardly mobile.

Really? Hadn't heard that factoid before. Of course, things get changed around with retelling upon retelling upon retelling. Also the fact most of the princess tales are now all known through Disney.
