Happy Mother's Day!

Got my mom an MP3 player, through it turned out the model I'd gotten was completely fucked and she had to exchange it. :( Bleh. At least she got something she wanted, though.
-M2: I find it weird your parents have MP3 players and you don't.-
I don't really listen to all that much music on the go. Either it's the radio at work or YouTube here at home. I don't really have any need. Hell, I think the latest portable music player I have is an old cassette Walkman.
-M: . . . Thanks, we feel ancient now.-
*puts on "It Was Acceptable In the 80s" just to tease*
-VuM: Hey, who has to get up at 6:45 these days?-
-.- *sticks out tongue at*
Anyway, pretty quiet day all told. Went to Friendly's for my first Oreo Freeze of the season -- it was chunkier than normal, not that I'm complaining. And we had the rest of our chocolate creme pie, which now had chocolate Reddi-Whip and crushed Dove bar on top to boot.
-D: *licks lips* Delicious.-
I know. Mom knows how to do dessert. I also made my backups, so I'm set for another month.

And I just realized I forgot to check up on Cake Wrecks. *decides to go do that before bed*

I don't listen to the music on my ipod much. But I do download a load of podcasts (which normally can be downloaded in places other than itunes, so computer or non-ipod players can play them too).

Eh, don't really have an mp3 player either, though I do have a CD player. (There is a Walkman, but it's my mom's.)
