1. Sebastian Shaw and his Hellfire Club -- The mutant Doc helps combat him in "BTTX" after he takes over the X-Mansion.

2. Magneto -- Mutant Doc, along with Marty, Verne, and JC, fight him in "BTTX-2: Time of the Spider."

3. Othar Tryggvassen -- The teenage Spark Doc has to stop him from doing more evil at the end of "Boy Genius."
