crossover_chick | A Discovery!

I have found the pleasures of The Complete Lovelace and Babbage. It's a comic about the historical Ada Lovelace and Charles Babbage, who basically could have built the first early computer if they'd been luckier (and poor Ada hadn't died at age 36). The comic, of course, doesn't let history stand in the way of the fun -- Lovelace and Babbage have grand adventures involving mathematics and building strange things. It's a good read -- I just finished the Economic Model arc.

Incidentally, Babbage sounds like my kind of fellow -- a mad scientist to the extreme. He hacked his carriage to include a folding bed and an egg-cooker! He worked on an artificial woman! He invented the FORM! XD If I can, I'd like to get Doc related to him, it seems only right.
