crossover_chickI has fic:
“Wheeee!”
Ally’s head jerked up as a purple blur went past her. “What the--”
“Be careful! You don’t want to break your neck!”
Ally turned to see Doc Brown standing by her desk, watching said purple blur with a slightly concerned expression. “Uh – okay, what’s going on?” she asked, looking back at the blur.
“Hatter expressed an interest in trying out the hoverboard,” Doc said with a shrug. “I decided there wasn’t much harm and went and got one of the Mattel ones for him to play with. He seems to be enjoying himself. Perhaps a little too much.”
Ally snickered as she watched Hatter zip around. “Yeah, but that’s just how he is,” she said. Then, with a smirk, she added, “You know, I thought you weren’t that fond of him.”
Doc looked somewhat embarrassed. “Well, when you’re forced into close proximity with a person for extended periods of time, sometimes you start to – understand them better. . . .” He glared at her. “You can wipe that smug expression off your face. I’m not going to invite him into the lab or anything like that.”
“Wheee! Look at me, look at--” There was the sudden noise of a Hatter-shaped body smacking into something. “Ow.”
Doc shook his head. “I’d better go take care of that,” he said, walking in the direction of the crash. “Didn’t break anything, did you Hatter?”
Ally chuckled again as she watched them. “Muses. . . .”
Yeah, the image of Hatter on a hoverboard popped into my head shortly after you announced your birthday was coming up soon, so I ran with it. :p Hope you like!
As for myself, I ought to get back to the NaNoing.
